This was a gift for a unique teenager. He loves it and wanted to know as much as he could about it. The information provided with it gave him a great starting point to do more research. Very unique gift for a very unique boy.

Excitement extinguished
I was super excited to buy a meteorite fragment, I was excited to show it off to my friends and family. Then the red flags ruined my excitement.1. The misspelling on the label is unacceptable.2. The labels are horribly cut and off center, even cutting of parts of the words.3. The piece I got looks nothing like the picture. It's a perfectly flat rectangle. Looks manufactured.To add insult to injury, I contacted the seller privately on their website over a week ago to ask them about authenticity and they blew me off. I didn't ask for a refund, all I wanted to know if it was real or not. Even more, there's a larger piece on their website for sale for the same price as I paid!I haven't even showed anyone. My "meteorite fragment" sits in a dark drawer. I'll try to find a more reputable dealer to buy from.
