Never germinated. Ever. Just a stale batch, I suppose

From what I understand, these aren't hard to grow. I soaked them for 24 hours, put them in the zone 9B compost soil. Watered well...and nothing. Ever. Shipping was accurate and fast. So, 3-stars.
