Flexible Helping Hands, Third Hand, Soldering Station Iron Accessory Kit（1.96 Inch Pinch Clip, Flexiable Helping Hands with 3X Magnifying Glass)

Have never used one of these before, but found this quite useful for small soldering and craft jobs. Can be used to hold small projects in a flexible way, complete with magnifier and a couple of croc clip attachments. Only used for light work so far, will be interesting to see how sturdy this proves over time.

Solid build with useful clips and magnifier, only grumble is that the i needed to use a spanner to tighten the arms to ensure that they are tight enough

I've been using this for just over a month. It is bigger than I thought it was going to be, and that's no bad thing. Having 2 long arms has been very useful for various shape of project. The arms tend to stay where you put them, within reasonable weight. Being able to mount to a desk is a great feature to make sure it doesn't move about compared to smaller helping hands. I don't use the magnifying glass often, it takes a little concentration to get that one right, but I also find, at least with the position I use the arms in, that the magnifying glass droops down into the work when I'm using it. But not enough of an annoyance to me to loose a star. Very happy with this piece.

The red part of the crocodile clips are pushed into the orange part. It's just friction holding them in and I'm often having to push them back. They look a bit cheap too.

Much better than the very small ‘helping hands’ we all know and love. Easy anchored to a desk or workbench. Very adaptable for getting the job into the right place. I use it for soldering cables normally and it’s sting enough to hold them in place!
