Stainless Steel French Fry Potato Cutter - Round Bottom Easy slicing

Very flimsy, only works on soft potatoes. Anything too firm or dense will cause the thin metal frame to bend. Not worth the money.

I bought it to help me with the potatoes so I wouldn't have to cut them myself. This product have been a nightmare for me. I have tried to use it twice since I bought it. Everytime I use it I cut the potatoes in half to see it it would work easier, but it doesn't. When I pull the handle down to cut the back part gets crooked. I just get very frustrated and just put it back in the box after I wash it. 😡 I just get my knife and cutting board and start cutting it myself. When I decided to return it, it was to late. I will probably end up putting it in the trash. Of all the items I have bought on Amazon this is the only product I am very disappointed. I'm giving it a -01 👎🏼

It works but,The product is fragile. On my second use the cutting blades actually bent. I had to re-align them with a needle nose plier. It works but you've got to be very gentle with it......Second negative comment is that it only fits smaller sized potatoes. With a 5 lbs bag of potatoes, I actually had to cut the majority of the 5 lbs in half to fit into this slicer.My Overall opinion is that I wouldn't repurchase it, or gift this product to a friend.I would shop for a sturdier comparable product.With me liking to make my own french fries weekly, I feel this product won't live a long life.... :-(

Metal very thin, feels like a toy, could use a thicker metal. But for the price, it does the job! Comes with two cutting sizes.

I purchased this item to make sweet potato fries; however, it did not work. It broke. I didn't try it with regular potatoes. Perhaps it would work well when making French fries.

This cutter is a waste of money. 14 or 16 guage steel with plenty of places for the product to catch on and the follower will not stay verticle. It will not cut a Yukon Gold potato much less any other. Surprised it is posted on Amazon. Worst quality of materials.

While this may seem like a good idea, this product is NOT functional for potatoes. Completely bent out of shape on the first try. Picture is AFTER I bent it back in somewhat of a shape. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
