Get better anchors
You pay for what you get. These are cheap in comparison to other options. The anchors are VERY cheap and i would bet not rated to hold much weight. I would advise getting your own. The stand-offs themselves were okay at best. The milling left some of the standoffs with really rough edges that I had to file down. I had a trouble screwing into a couple of the threads.

Great value, but don't use the anchors included.
Pretty much as advertised. Its a good value for the price. Mine arrived with all the screws and anchors and clear washers.I would STRONGLY advise against using the anchors provided. They are total crap. Get a pack from a home improvement store and you're good to go.

Good for alternate ideas
I used these with 3/4 inch disk vinyl bumpers to support a glass tabletop. A Bonus that the heights could be adjusted exactly...
