This is great for dry heels. But you have to use it regularly for it to work. Just use it nightly until you see results then you can use it every other night or so. But you have to keep using it to maintain soft skin.

I have been using Dermal Therapy for years. It is most effective at healing cracked heels, but also use it for chapped hands. While healing the heels can take a couple of days, an overnight application leaves hands in much better shape. When applying overnight to both hands and feet, I wear cotton socks and gloves to speed the process and keep it from wiping off on the bedclothes. The cream is quite thick and a little goes a long way. I recommend this product for extremely dry skin.

I've been using this product for several years. I have ichthyosis--a genetic skin condition that results in very dry and flaking skin. This product has the highest percentage of urea outside of prescription meds that I've been able to find (25%), and combined with Alpha Hydroxy Acid creams it means that my skin feels and looks good for at least a couple of days before I need to reapply. So grateful for it!
