Good, practical tips
Great compliment to his YouTube talk, capturing useful tips and thought provoking ideas on success.Sharing his life story (later part of book) was nice to know but found earlier section more practical/useful

A fun and moving book to help you live a meaningful life
This is my first ever review but after finishing this book, I just felt compelled to let people know that (in my opinion) this is a book everyone (at least in the developed world) would benefit from reading.First off, if you do not know Professor Scott Galloway, I highly encourage you to go check out his videos on YouTube, he is just freakishly smart and hilarious (and if you don't like the character, I highly doubt you will enjoy this book). But this book is less a book about business (Scott is after all a Professor of Marketing at a prestigious business school) than it is a book about living a meaningful life (in this book Scott covers success, love and health). And what's moving and effective about it, is that it's coming from the perspective of someone who has learned the hard way, making mistakes and sharing the learning so we don't make the same. Sounds like a thousand other self-help books you may say? I don't know, but what I am pretty confident about is that the other self-help books won't be as entertaining, and I firmly believe that it's precisely because of this tone of voice that you will remember these important lessons (whereas you forgot all these bullet points you highlighted in the many other self-help books you read).I had the most pleasant time reading this book (it reads like a novel), I aspire to put in practice the (many) lessons that resonated with me and can only hope that you will find this book as helpful for you as I found it for me.I don't want to put Scott early into retirement but I believe this book will be his legacy (still, I'm very eager to see what he's got in store next).Thank you Scott from the bottom of my heart for this book, I'm sure it will help guide many people's life, I know it will help guide mine, and I bet writing it also helped you tremendously.Disclaimer: I'm a non-native English speaker working professional in his thirties.

Like a Mr Man book - lightweight opinioneering
There's moments of brilliance in this - the email Galloway sent to a late student is outrageous and eye-popping - but the rest of the book is just opinion. Lots and lots of opinion. As someone who likes to see the evidence behind things it was disappointing.Galloway does lots of shooting from the hip but not much of checking to see if he scored a hit. It makes for a lightweight book that is dissatisfying.

OKish
Very short, very brief notes. A few good points but nothing new or anything particularly impressive. Read in 20 minutes and will be dropping off to charity shop. More of a magazine article, padded out his stuff about his life. Not worth the price of a book.

Not his best. Definitely his worst.
Somewhere between a book of half-thought anecdotes and actual memoirs, this is a puzzling cloud of nothingness dressed up to look like it might actually be useful.Read the Four, it’s a good book. This one is awful.

Enjoyed this short read
Really enjoyed this short book on life lessons and happiness. Whilst I don't agree with all the points/advice in it, I still feel there is a lot of wisdom to be found. Well done Scott! Will re-read this book regularly!
