Longzang F0199S Fondant Silicone Sugar Craft Molds, Mini

I own an online cupcake shop and am always on the lookout for helpful decorating tools. I am so impressed with this silicone fondant mold!! I purchased it as an add on item with an order that was over $25 and paid less than $1.50 for the mold...you can't beat that price!! Tonight I was decorating a cake for my grandma's birthday and decided to try some blue colored roses. This detail that you get from these molds is just wonderful! I didn't have any green fondant fo rleaves, so I just used the middle part of the mold to make the "head" of the rose. It turned out just the way I wanted! Based on this purchase and great experience I am going to be on the lookout for other silicone fondant molds that I can buy for my cakes and cupcakes. I would definitely recommend these to any fellow bakes, whether professional or home based!!

Overall the mold is really great, however its very difficult to get two colors properly filled into the mold (1 for flower, 1 for leaf)Keep in mind its just a matter of practice, I've used it several times and prefer to make the flower all in white and dust with luster dust to make sure of the different colors.

I have only used this for chocolate, as opposed to fondant, but I absolutely love it.It has just the right degree of flexibility to release the chocolate with ease. Simply pour it in, refrigerate to set, and unmold. Spreading it with a toothpick helps to release any bubbles that might have formed.

This is a very small mold, which is hard to appreciate if you don't see it. Also my arrived in pink color.It works well for making small sugar-based roses. I do grease it with butter first, then pour in the hot mix, let it sit and then extract.It is very easy to clean and take care of.

Smaller than I wanted, but it is easy to work with. I brushed a little corn starch with a small bruch, just in case. the mold came out very easy and for the size, very pretty.

This Item is VERY SMALL! I should have asked questions before buying this. But for the price, and for the fact that I several silicon sugar craft molds, I would have returned this item. The three stars is for the deceptive size in the picture. I will be using this next week and until then, I will maintain my rating for this product.

Love LOVE the details in the single rose mold. It is the star of my Pink Garden Rose soaps. I have ordered many. Just know the shipping takes a long time...close to a month for me to get my items but well worth the wait. Unmolds super easy and clean up is a cinch with warm soapy water.

I've used this mold more than any other in my collection.It works great for fondant, sugar, candies, and other decorative food products, but it is great for poly-plastics, plaster, and other hobby materials too.The detail is fantastic, and the mold is flexible enough to allow easy extraction of the finished product.
