Works great however the water resevour is too small. When you need to refill you have to wait for it to cool down before you can open the lid and refill. Lots of steam though.

I have owned several similar steamers over the years. They are incredibly handy, especially for cleaning and sanitizing small and hard to reach surfaces. Think corners, around faucets and drains, hinges on toilet lids, etc., as well as large, flat surfaces like kitchen countertops, children's plastic toys and a multitude of other things. I love it to clean my gold jewelry and diamonds. Lay chains out on a clean towel and blast away, follow with wiping with soft microfiber cloth. Rings and pendants are a little tricky, I use a long pair of tweezers to hold them and keep my hands away from the very hot steam, does a fabulous job. Don't think that it is appropriate for gold or silver plate or pearls. My only complaint is that in order to press trigger to reduce the steam, the tank has to be on a flat surface, mine does anyway and it can be a bit of a pain when cleaning out refrigerator or something else that requires frequent off and on. Oh, and great for sticky messes.

I actually like this steamer..It does the job..The only thing i dont like is that you have to hold the lever down to use and that it doesnt have a way to attach a floor connector.. I have to purchase another one because after a yr my niece has it not shooting out steam which im mad because id steam everything..Someone came to my house and brought a bed bug atleast i saw one steamed it and all around where we saw it and it died on contcat. I was actually tryin to find one with a floor connector but im not sure which one to use so this is what i will be purchasing again

I like the balance. It fits my hand.I’ve only used it once but it is an extremely effective machine. I am going to be using it often. It is excellent for cleaning my aging faucets that have little tiny spaces to clean.I do have an area of concern though. You have to unplug and let the whole unit cool clear down before you can add more water. That's an inconvenience but I still give a 5 star rating

I would have liked this more, but today, the very first day that I used it, it broke.It was working fine, and I followed instructions. It heated up quickly and I set about cleaning my stovetop. When I went to set it down on my counter, as the bottom bumped the countertop (and not forcefully or hard) the bottom of the tank “flashed” (like a an electrical short) inside the tank.I still had steam left and continued to use it till the pressure went down. I reset my GFI socket (it had been triggered as a result of the short) and attempted to try the product again to no avail.For the money it’s ok, but if this is going to happen once every few orders. Or on the first attempt? Then I’m better off spending more on a better quality product that’s got better quality control on manufacturing.

Bought this so that I could deep clean funiture or fabrics that my cat lays on. But honestly this was nothing like I thought it'd be. It has a terrible smell. I'm not sure if the one I own is defective but it smells like plastic when on and that smell lingers. It does have a good deal of power behind it and gets quite hot, but just that smell is terrible. Plus I thought you could add just a little cleaner to it but in the manual it states cleaners would destroy the ring inside. I'm sure it's great for some people. Just definitely wasn't what I needed. Now it's just $30 sitting in my closet I regret buying...

Works well, this is my 2nd one, the first one didn't last very long, this one is a little different on looks, so far holding strong and works well

i pre-clean before blasting w steam, cause cleaning with high speed steam will put what your cleaning all over the room, like the toilet. clean it first.

No me parece taaan fácil quitar las manchas, sí hay que tallarle bastante, pero funciona bastante bien si se hace periodicamente.
