I was shopping for small, waterproof Bluetooth speakers and, as usual when buying anything on Amazon, I was feeling paralyzed by the huge number of choices. I went with this model because the price was so low for the 2-pack and I really wanted to try the stereo pairing feature. I also like the aesthetics of this model. I have no regrets! Like many other reviewers I am very impressed by the sound quality at this price! The stereo pairing turns out to be a nice feature in some situations, such as near a pool. However, if we had one speaker in my kayak and the other in my wife's, we found that the signal was lost if we drifted more than 10-15 feet apart, and that became frustrating. That is the only source of dissatisfaction I can think of after using these on about 20 outings lasting 3 to 6 hours. I should mention that I am using these mostly for mellow, acoustic music to listen to while paddling. Keep your expectations in check, these speakers won't give you much satisfaction with intense music that can only be enjoyed when played really loud. I never turn them up all the way; they sound best a "click" or two down from max and they will certainly last longer. The biggest design flaw, as others have indicated, is the loop the D ring is attached to, which is made of the same rubber material the united is coated with. It will certainly break if it is twisted or pulled very hard, so I am being careful about that. They take about 15 seconds to pair with my iPhone, which is longer than I expected, but not so bad. The manual is tiny and could use some work, but this is not a complicated item to figure out. I am very happy with these and definitely recommend them.

Ok, so as many others have mentioned, yes, it's high on the treble low on the bass. That's not my issue with these though. When pairing just the one speaker, no issues, however when you pair two together, it cuts in and out every 30-45 seconds. There seems to only be about a 15-foot span between them being able to reach one another as well, but at least the speakers are definitely able to get pretty loud.So yeah, while one speaker is pretty decent, I wouldn't recommend getting two because it's ridiculously annoying how they constantly and frequently kick in and out... unless I somehow got some faulty speaker. Battery so far has been good.

This is my second pair. I use it in my swim spa for my workouts but not in the water. Connecting the 2 speakers is a bit of a pain via bluetooth but it works if you read the instructions. My son borrows them too so I bought a second pair this way a set is always charged. The sound is really good for little speakers. Good price.
