Tikka Masala Hot 2.0 oz by Zamouri Spices

mix 1 tablespoon of this with 2 cups of plain full fat yogurt and a tablespoon of tomato paste and two pounds of chicken wings and let it all get acquainted for a couple of hours and then grill the wings over some hot coals until they get gnarly around the edges and nice brown all over and "Hot Wings" fly to an entirely new level....

Hang onto your hat! This blend has a kick to it. The more you use, the harder the kick. I recently made taco filling that didn't have enough flavor (from packaged taco seasoning mix). The cumin and chili powder in my spice cabinet were at least 10 years old and had almost no smell left so I looked around for another flavor booster. I sprinkled a bit of Tikka in my taco mixture, and wow, did it perk the dish up! I also like it sprinkled liberally over pork patties/hamburgers (in place of salt, pepper, etc.). It makes excellent chicken salad (don't use pickle relish).

I previously purchased the mild flavor in this brand and found that I only needed to use half as much of the hot variety in my homemade curry for a powerful flavor. It makes a superb Tikka Masala the whole family enjoys. I will definitely be buying more of this.

It's ok but not quite the flavor we were used to with the Tikka Masala from the Indian grocery store in town.

Really tasty -- this is a good brand of spices. I will buy from them again.
