This is the closest jerk seasoning that I have found that is close to authentic Jamaican Jerk rub.It is great on pork loin, chicken, and great on ribs.My local grocery store use to carry this, but stopped stocking it after being bought out. Thank goodness Amazon has it.

Best commercial jerk seasoning out there. No dodgy ingredients, authentic taste. I have to combine it with scotch bonnet or habanero sauce to get the heat I want, but I like things really spicy. This beats all the other jerk seasoning, and I have tried them all.

Hand down just the best! I just love Busha Brown Jerk Seasoning. It makes for a lovely warm hug throughout your body when you marinade in jerk for a few days and let the flavor soak throughout before grilling or oven.

I used to get a jerk chicken sandwich at a restaurant when I went to college... The restaurant closed and my search began for proper bottled jerk seasoning... So many of the concoctions on the market are a sickly sweet abomination, but this product is about as close as I've ever come to the real deal. Been using it for years and it never disappoints.

We love to rub this on pork chops, let marinade, grill and serve with a cantaloupe mint salsa. Yummy. Has some heat but you can adjust how much you use.

I've used this jerk seasoning for years. Marinating boneless skinless chicken breasts in this, grilling, and serving on burger buns with mayonnaise sounds pedestrian, I'm sure. But it is a real winner. Simple, easy, and has always been a hit at my cook outs.

On occasion I enjoy a good jerk chicken wing or salmon steak. Busha helps me to capture the authentic taste of the West Indies.

My local grocery store stopped selling this product so to Amazon I went! This Jerk is absolutely delicious and I use it on all kinds of meats. It has a great kick and the moist texture really saturates all surfaces. I'll never go back to the dry shake jerk spices.
