Great mechanism delivering a fine to coarse pepper grind

Worth paying the extra money for. So glad I got it

Look great, durable,easy to fill. Probably will last a long few time!

Grind size not adjustable so if you like large prices that is not acheivable only fine.

I initially thought the item was 'used' as there was grind in the packaging. There were some husks inside the grinder which were apparently Szechuan pepper according to the wording on the box, so perhaps warn the recipient if this is a gift or they might think it has been 'regifted'!So far works well, used every day for 6 weeks. Peugeot grinder's are supposed to be the best you can buy, according to several TV chefs, also recommended by a close friend.

Photos taket minutes after delivery. Supermarket ice bag shown was only wrapping. Con!!! 5% more and I could have bought from Harrods!!!!!!!!!! Chipped, Damaged full of... What?Every time i try to update this review amazon stops me/won't publish it. not new, coverted in chips, previouis buyers say that's cancergenic etc.UPDATE: Clearly rejects. Received a replacement after starting a return. Replacement, again had no packaging, and several small chips around the rim of the lid but, wait for it.. a massive casting bubble defect on the top. Straight back for a refund, no replacement, they are all rejects.Further update. Item sold by Amazon, replacement by Amazon, 7 days after returning, put in amazon lockers, still waiting for them to receive them and issue refunds.

Easy to use. Great quality. Fast delivery. It was lovely to find that the manufacturer included some Sichuan peppercorns with it.

If only I could have told my younger self not to attempt to "save money" by buying cheaper grinders.I've purchased as least 10 grinders in 20+ years, in total paying 3 or 4 more times the cost of this 1 grinder.Just BUY this grinder and look back in a decade+ thanking yourself on not just saving money but using 1 of the best grinders there is.If only there were a matching Sea Salt version

This is an awesome little pepper mill. I have a cast iron salt cellar so this pepper mill is a nice match. It's really well made and looks good. Very easy to use and maintain. I know some reviews complained about the area where you put the pepper not having much capacity but I think it's plenty. I've had this pepper mill for well over a month, and use it every time I cook, and just had to refill it for the first time a couple of days ago. It grinds really well and I like that it's on the smaller size, just feels easier to handle in my opinion. All in all I really like it. I would definitely recommend.

El que sea de hierro fundido; lo tendrán para sal?

Mit der kleinen Pfeffermühle in schönem, etwas asiatisch anmutenden Design, bin ich sehr zufrieden. Das Peugeot Mahlwerk, welches bekanntlich und zurecht als Mercedes (Wortwitz ;-) unter den Mahlwerken gilt, funktioniert, wie zu erwarten, sehr gut. Design und Mahlwerk waren der ausschlaggebende Grund für den Kauf und rechtfertigen gerade noch so den doch hohen Preis. Ich habe die Mühle mit Szechuanpfeffer befüllt, welcher sich aufgrund seines zitronigen Geschmacks z.B. zum Beizen von Lachs sehr gut eignet. Vielleicht gönne ich mir demnächst noch eine Mühle in einer anderen Farbe dazu. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
