It gives you a good look at what's in the ear, so you can safely remove the earwax without potentially causing any damages. The only suggestion is the seller should design a special ear camera for kids soon, it should be perfect. Recommend to buy.Feedback: Delivery on time, nice color box and good quality item.

I am sorry to say I was deeply disappointed. I am a doctor and found that the Otoscope did not link with the app in my i pad or i phone. I could not find any helpline or anyone to speak to check if i was using it as per the instruction. Was very eager to use such this device to comfort of patient in my clinic. Sorry it never worked.I had to return it.Now I am adding to my previous review.The otoscope was replaced and I linked with the seller and step by step the seller helped me link the phone. It sounds simple. Step1 Charge the Otoscope till LED Turns Green2 Scan the QR code to your device iPhone Mac or iPad., then it will appear on your device. 3 open the setting of your device and then press the red button at the charging end of the otoscope for 5 seconds , the LED will flash and then come stable. 4 Open setting page of your device and you will find wifi id of otoscope. Click on it and you are ready to use it. I was very happy to see the quality of the image on myIOS device. Further I was told how to store the video on the device. It is a very useful and handy device. Good image quality, Use is straightforward, and value for money. Now it will form part of my Doctor's kit. I would strongly recommend it.The Best Images I have ever seen.

Good domestic grade device. It seems to show a slightly higher vascularisation than it actually is (compared with a proper Light Source Otoscope). Will give 5 stars when the soft developer signs their App with the proper certs and resolves the PUA warnings with the Antivirus companies. Until then I recommend running it offline and remove app every time after use.

This is a fantastic piece of kit, it is extremely well made and just has that quality feel in your hands.It is so simple to use and the iphone and ipad app's are simple and effective, and the connection to the device is easy and reliable.And the gyroscope being built into the device meaning the image is always the "right way up" regardless of how you hold or manuver the device in use is a stoke of genuis.Definately recommended.

I have had one of the cheaper models of an otoscope and I'd say to anyone deciding between this and a cheaper option to definitely get this one bc it is much better quality all round, and a big difference in picture quality, very easy to set up/use. Definitely recommend!! Great product! 5🌟

Really clever and useful, really easy to set up app on phone, when using vision is fantastic really clear images to see what's going on in ear, charged up in no time, also comes with extra tools for your ears which were really helpful.fun and useful product

Worked great for a while , now lines come up on screen after a few seconds of use .Says lifetime guarantee but no way of sending back to company after Amazon window closes.

Product as described. Easy to setup. I have used it and okay. But, the battery life is not the best.
