I have bought Lifeway Whole Milk ... also Lifeway Non-Fat ... but I definitely prefer the Whole Milk Kefir There is a tremendous taste difference between the two as well as the health benefits. Whole Milk comes in different flavors however I prefer the Plain. People say the Whole Milk Kefir is too expensive. I say it's worth the cost, you get what you pay for no matter what you are purchasing ! "GO LIFEWAY" :) :)
