Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He likes to fry a lot of food. This works great. It's heavy duty. Many reviews said it started to rust after the first time they used it.Mine has not. I wash it and dry it right away. I store it in the oven on top of the fry pan that he uses.I have a gas oven. So I figure the little bit of heat will dry it thoroughly. No problems so far.I like it.

The measurements are as described and the style is the same as shown in the picture... I have hand washed and washed in the dishwasher over a dozen times and it still looks the same minus normal wear stains from the grease. I would recommend this item if your looking for somthing to stop the grease from splattering all over your stove top and walls

It looks nice and is of giid quality. However, no dimension matched the stated size. Too big for what I need.

This sturdy lid has enough of a fine mesh "screen window" to see the food and for steam to escape. It does the job well on large skillets too as the metal ring keeps all the grease splatter in the pan and off your stove. Stores well with sheet pans and trays. The silicone coated handle is a bonus.

I had a spatter screen years ago and needed a new one. We live in a small community with few shopping privileges so when I saw this I ordered it . It is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to store and I can cook foods to the crisp stage I like without spatteirng oil all over the stoe.

Bought this stainless steel strainer, size 'SMALL' to replace a plastic one after the handle snapped. That's it, no more plastic.I'm very happy with this strainer as it actually feels and looks well made.**Please note, the basket is fairly small since the rim takes up a bit of space. It measures 7 cm in diameter. (images attached).It is perfect for straining lemon seeds or loose tea. I love it and expect it will last many years.

It is smaller than I originally wanted. I will use it for tea strainer.

This strainer seems pretty well built and sturdy. I'd say it's priced very fair, but be forewarned the measurements include the diameter of the rim, so it was a little smaller than I expected. It's very functional when you don't need a giant strainer and works great as a skimmer, too.

There might be cheaper ones in your local supermarket but this one’s stainless steel and durable.
