I highly recommend this product. I got what I expected I would get. I used it today and I am very satisfied with it. It even had a small packet of directions on assembling it. I would say that this is a very good product. Comparing it to another product I bought earlier which surely was a big disappointment. The bucket was very small and I couldn't even wet the whole scrubbing pad. The advertisement was very different from the product I got. The company even took almost a month to send me the item I bough. It's really a big disappointment. My big mistake was I did not buy it through Amazon so they don't want to reimburse my money.BOOOMJOY is truly a JOY to have. It's very user friendly and good quality!

Omg!! I’m pretty much obsessed with this bucket and mop! I think mop buckets/sets are so ugly and bulky and I’ve been searching high and low for something small, compact, esthetically pleasing and neat to use. Welp, I sure found it!!!Such a cool concept for a mop and bucket! From how the handle cradles into the bucket, but easy to pull out and move around, to the super clever ‘wet’ and ‘dry’ compartments!I live that the pads are reusable, so no wasting disposable ones. Also, cleans tough areas to clean up in a beeeze! No having to scrub back and forth!!I am a FAN!

A solid concept but definitely weak in execution. Mop head could only be inserted in to the bucket in a single position, leaving the top edge always dirty. The whole head can’t be submerged in the water, the bucket design limits the travel. Another annoyance would be the segmented handle that doesn’t lock in position and is always working itself loose. The thin wall tubing flex a bit too much and can’t seem to prevent the nylon threaded end from spinning free when you’re trying to tighten down on the loose segment. At some point I’ll have to see if I could adapt a regular mop handle to it. Perhaps a few iterations removed still from perfect. I still like the idea and as is, it’s still usable.

I bought this mop to be able to mop my 20 years old tile floors throughout my house. At this time of the year the weather is very humid. I wanted to be able to clean the tile without them staying wet for a long period of time. I watched this mop clean up things that other mops hadn’t been able to clean in several years. The shine it left on my floor was amazing. It was like I had new tile again. The only drawback that I have is after a few weeks of using the mop regularly it developed a squeak in the handle and extension. The squeak is annoying but doesn’t affect the performance in anyway. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this item to clean my walls. Best mop ever to clean walls. Dust walls with one pad, then change the pad for wet cleaning. Lightweight, yet sturdy and easy to use. The bucket that comes with it is great in that it has a plug that empties out the bucket easily. Also great for doing floors with. Comes with 5 pads. Pads wash well and I lay them flat to dry after taking out from washing machine.

Purchased in December 2020. Started using it in February 2021. Liked the mop and it worked great for me. By June I had for order replacement mop heads. Not a big deal because I liked the mop. Used the new pads for about a month and 1/2 and they too started not staying in the mop head like my original set. Realized at this point that the Velcro has come off one side of the mop head and it would not longer work. It is quite pricey for a mop that only lasted 6 months.

It's really easy to set up and clean after. You can clean the entire floor with clean water instead of smearing dirty water on the last half of the job. It also spreads the water very thin and evenly, so it dries fast and there's no streaking. The mop head is really maneuverable in tight spaces and it's easy to scrub with it. Very light bucket with a small foot print. Only downside is you have to fill it very full so you dunk the entire mop head in the water.

I have 4 kids and 4 dogs. Somtimes a litter puppies running around. This mop is very easy to use and perfect for cleaning small to large rooms. I fully clean and spot clean with it. I also have used it to clean my walls. Yes, my walls. I like how you can gauge how much water you want on your mop. From very wet to lightly damp. I've had an electric hard floor cleaner but they are a pain to keep working probably and clean out. This is easy to keep clean and you can use what ever cleaner you want. You can also use this mop dry to gather up dust under your furniture. If my dogs get water on the floor From their water bowls it cleans that up too. I'm very happy.

I love it it does the job very well very satisfied with this product.

I love the mop .. wish the handle was longer . .I only got two replacement pads not 3 like advertised .
