I have always purchased this before from the store and its always been lactose-free. they usually even print lactose free on the bottle itself. However I was surprised to find out this bottle was not lactose-free. This could just be my mistake, but also I don't know why it showed up in the search results when searching for lactose-free items. Other than that, the taste and the thickness is pretty good. in case you are like me, make sure the bottle says lactose-free on your purchase. minus 1 star for the stomachache it gave me.
