This kinesio tape has grid-lines which make trimming and measuring a breeze. The tape does last for ~3 days for me on my knee through showering, swimming, walking (~2 miles a day), working out on a bike, and a lots of squatting. On my shoulder it can last up to 5 days with showering, swimming, lifting overhead, and moving vigorously at work. Removal is quite easy, especially in the shower. I do not find that my skin has any adverse reactions to the glue which is great!The value of this tape is great, especially if you're just starting out with taping. You get a decent amount for the price so you can allow yourself a little bit of slack when experimenting without feeling guilty about wasting the product or your money.Tips for using tape:- do not apply to dirty, wet, or sweaty skin (i.e. clean area before applying);- avoid wearing lotions/ oils/ etc on the area you're going to be taping;- ROUND THE CORNERS to prevent lifting while wearing the tape;- do not touch the sticky side of the tape before applying to the treatment area;- watch videos on YouTube to get familiar with techniques prior to experimenting.

I work out 6 days a week and sometime run into difficulties with my knee and other aches. Please note there are different brands and they all work well. I had to use a brace on my knee because of a slight injury. I decided to try something different and studied the Kinesiology Tape use. There are different ways to apply them and instructions come in the box. Once I bandaged it and used it , I got rid of the brace, although you can still use on if it is really needed. I like this tape because it allows free mobility and still maintains the firmness to support soreness. It does work and has worked well on my knee. Granted, each injury is different and requires different methods. This is worth a try. You can shower leave it on for 3 days or more. It maintains its firm support. And actually feels like it is part of your body. On a side note. All the different colors can be used as a fashion statement. You'll get a lot of compliments. Again , you need to follow the instructions on bandaging. Please review the web for Kinesiology Tape. This brand works very well for me. I have received great benefit from it. At least no brace in my case. I recommend this as Worth Trying. Im glad I did.

I have used Rock Tape and KT and the like in the past. They all work very well, and seem to stick very well. I have also used CVS brand tape which falls on the other end of the spectrum as it seems to fall off after any activity. This stuff on the other may be the stickiest and longest lasting tape i have encountered. for the price, its virtually unbeatable

I like this Revive kinesiology tape because if you wear it like 12 hours, it can come off with very little sticky residue left over. You can actually get it off! I don't like wearing tight applications except for when I'm awake and moving so this works for me. The only drawback to this Revive tape is if you like taking baths (long ones), it comes off easier and it just barely begins to peel off on its own, it's like it jumps to day 3 for the other tapes (like KT tape and Rocktape, both of which are great for sticking to you, but they are nearly impossible to remove before day 2 and residue is left behind no matter what day you try to remove them). This tape is the best tape I've found so far for not leaving residue (which is why I give it 5 stars) and also for short term wear.

This tape gave me wonderful support for my tummy and lower back. I am about 30 weeks pregnant and this stuff was a game changer for me.I had used it several times and then suddenly started having a terrible skin reaction.It caused a large raised red welts all over my tummy and back that were terribly itchy for weeks.I'm not sure what happened one day I put it on and it started to burn within a few hours and I had to remove it later that day.I have never had any type of allergic reactions to adhesive before.

I was curious how this would stack up compared to the quality of normal KT Tape because I need it to run, and use it 4-5x’s per week.With regular KT Tape, I never had any issues with things coming off while running or even after.This product, I’ve had a couple issues with it. It doesn’t do well when it gets wet, from sweat/rain/shower. Regular KT Tape says to apply to a clean shaven area, but I never noticed it I didn’t shave my legs that it didn’t do as well. This product, I definitely noticed a difference and would have to make sure to shave my legs every day or it would slip off.I’ve started using this is combo with regular KT Tape and have been happy, so I use the KT Tape for the base strip and then use this to add support.

This stuff is great but color does matter. I bought my initial 2 in pink and blue. The pink is much better, stronger and adhesion. I’m taping my foot arch daily. Now since I’m wearing pantyhose over my foot then a shoe, I discovered I can dislodge any tape, I loosely wrap vet tape around after applying, now I realize this is overkill, however it’s a solid wrap between the two products and I use half the vet tape if I’m just using that.Number one thing to remember is not to let this tape wrinkle, it will pull the skin, it has to be flat, the first end where you’re anchoring it can never be stretched, and only apply 50%-70% stretch then the other anchor side also isn’t stretched, takes a bit to get it down but once you do, the skin won’t itch or pull. I suggest trying different colors as you use it, for example the blue has less strength than the pink. It’s a good price and cutting 3 tapes a day a 16 foot roll lasts a week, so I should be able to get a month easy from the big roll.Also you have to trim the ends in a half circle. The precut I don’t think is cut deep enough on the ends to prevent it from pulling up, so I buy the uncut roll only.It will eventually pull the hair off your leg, adhesion is good.So far I haven’t experienced any contact allergy from the tape.
