LEDMO LED Parking Lot Lights 19500LM - [500W HID/HPS Replacement] Adjustable LED Shoebox Street Pole with Dusk to Dawn Photocell 4 Pack Commercial Area Yard Lighting 5000K

I bought a 4 pack of these lights in 2021 to go at my local Volunteer Fire Department. I was EXTREMELY happy with their function and light output...these things are SO BRIGHT!! They continued to work night after night for about 2 years when one of the 4 went out unexpectedly. After a few months, a second one went out while I was at the Fire Department. I wrote the company a message explaining the issue and asked about the 5 year warranty. To my surprise, the company IMMEDIATELY responded to my email and asked for pictures of the failed lights. I quickly provided them with my order number from the original purchase, and the pictures they asked for, and they immediately sent me brand new replacement lights within 2 days! I was always happy with the lights themselves (until some burned out), but I could not be happier with the level of customer support I received. I will definitely be buying from this company again in the future!

Product comes with a 5 year warranty! After owning for 3 years the hikes started to slowly go out in all 4 of the lights. I reached out to the company and they instantly without hassle sent replacement ones. The product is super bright easy to install! I use them on a huge shop and it lights it up great! The he shop can be spotted miles away!

Update: ALL of the lights have now burnt out in the 4 pack. I had to fight tooth and nail to get anything from the seller. They finally said it was out of their control and refunded me $429 of $459 (price paid) and I’m still left with a lighting solution. Very frustrating all around. DO NOT BUY!!!!The lights are very bright. I bought a 4 pack. One year into it one of the 4 lights stopped working. I’ve been messaging company back and forth for 7 days now with nothing shipped yet. I am being told they don’t have my light in stock and that I would have to wait 20 days JUST for them to ship it. Poor customer service at best. It’s supposed to have a 5 year warranty on the product.

Some resellers on Amazon are just looking for the sale and others are building a business and want customers to be happy with their product. Two of the 4 lights I purchased started to fail a few years after purchase but within the warranty period. After messaging the seller through Amazon, I got same or next responses to every message and Demi stayed in contact with me to explain the entire process. The replacement lights are as bright as the original and I have no doubt if I have any more issues, they can be counted on to take care of me. These lights are perfect for FULLY illuminating my entire backyard in a way that my family feels safe when coming home at night or alone at night and makes night parties fun.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought 60 led lights 150 watts each with photocell i really love itI can said its good item perfect I give you guys 5 stars but I will suggest to the owner of the company pay or charge $ quarter more for extra one foot for the wire connection will be perfect but still I give you 5 star 🌟I really recommend this led

When installed they really lit up the property.Disappointed they have not held up.Purchased 8, 3 are out and the other 5 are ver, very dim.Need info how to process under warranty.Many similar poor reviews and indication that they are not honoring their warranty.Waste of money.

We had installed these parking lot LED lights to replace the old Mercury Vapor lighting the 150 watt LED parking lot lights brighten up the parking lot 2 times better than to old parking lot lights client was happy with the color of light and the spread lighting the entire parking lot.
