- Its been an awful experience with this delivery as one of the mugs in a set of 6 arriving with a broken handle and one broke down within 15 days of usage. The handle just broke off while using. The quality is extremely poor and I hope the vendor does something to replace the 2 broken pieces as its been just 15 days within which I have had this experience of 2 mugs broken - one during transit and one just within 15 days of usage.

This is a good product for thr price. I paid 500 for the set (it mentioned sale). The colours are vibrant and nice and don't look like some cheap material. They look classy. No chipping so far but they are still new.

Well packing in a thermocol box, mixed color like photo. Satisfactorily product with reasonable price.

The mug is good and sturdy. But the painting on the mug has not been done properly. Also the colour of the mug is also not the same. The mug shown here is black from outside and brown from inside. But the product which I have got is grey from outside and yellowish from inside. The quality of the mug is good but the colour is not as expected.

The mug does not have the bronze interior as displayed in their product profile pictures. The matte finish is not really matt, for the quality its pretty expensive.Dont recommend

I really hate when you wait for something for almost 10-12 days and you received this kind of product.I have placed for a replacement and now still I'm waiting for my exchange..But this is not worth buying, I'm regretting

Great packaging and cheap rates.Good for daily use as these days no body like to have small cups to have tea or coffee.Have little tears on bottom which are there when I buy same pieces from market as well.
