This works! Wow, I’m amazed!
Acne scars is why I bought this. It healed my skin and it made acne disappear. I don’t know what’s in this stuff but it definitely works. I wasn’t sure at first, but I’m glad I bought it. One thing I don’t like is you pay like $50 for a very small bottle—doesn’t last long and the pump inside …it’s poorly made. In order to get the product out you have to turn the bottle upside down and press the pump.

I want to give this 5 stars... Bottle design flaw
The product itself is amazing and works! After a week I think thought the bottle was empty. I opened it up and found there is no straw/tube to pump out the product. As soon as the product dropped below the lid portion, it stopped coming out. It's really hard to get the product out, and I don't want to stick anything in and contaminate it. If the bottle is fixed I would repurchase...

Pump is nonexistent
*update*I dont know if the product works because it has only been about a week, BUT if you prime the pump long enough, it works WITH OUT the plastic tube.I have no idea if it works. The pump doesn't have the tube to pump the product out, so it difficult to use the product. For $50, you would think it could include a good pump.

Noticeable changes in just a few uses.
My granddaughter is such a pretty girl but had scars from acne on both of her upper cheeks. This made her self-conscious with her looks. My daughter did a lot of research and though Amaira Advanced Scar Cream could maybe help with this problem. So we bought it and just as the headline states there was "noticeable changes in just a few uses." We are hoping with the continued usage, the scars will continue to fade. Great product.

Pump doesn’t work!! Wish I could use product!
I cannot properly review the actual cream since the pump does NOT work and you can’t get the cream out otherwise, even by unscrewing the top.

Before and after pictures!
So far so good, the product is nice on my skin, but after a few weeks of using as instructed, I haven’t seen any difference in my skin. I would recommend taking before and after pictures with products.
