This arrived feeling very cheap, I didn’t even get the opportunity to use because the charger was not working and broke.

Welp it really didnt get out my blackheads or anyone in my family. I mean it got out some stuff in our nose but on the face it did NOT work. But if you in the market for a hickey making device this is your tool!

I was hoping it would have more suction power lol. My boyfriend loves it because he’s gross and likes to look at the oil and dirt that comes out.

I washed and steamed my face with a hot towel to open up my pores. As I proceeded to set the vacuum to the strongest sucking setting, I realized this was going to be of no use for me. I have blackheads on my t zone area, the nose and on the side of it. Average sized pores, definitely visible to the naked eye. We purchased two altogether at the same time with the intention of gifting one to our cousin. We don’t feel comfortable even doing that anymore. This product is weak. I trusted the other oh-so positive reviews I read on here, which I realize are probably paid for. Spend your money on a different one, that’s what I’ll do now. I know there’s better ones out there.

It came nicely boxed up, i loved the extra items aka the tools for the acne. It is very easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow.
