INSE Robot Vacuum Cleaner

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this product as it was the cheapest one with wifi connection available on Amazon. It does decent job and actually I was surprised how much dust it could gather after the first cleaning, whereas it sometimes jammed on the thick carpet and stops working. And it seems that I misunderstood that this wifi connectivity would provide a sort of intelligent mapping functionality, but it wasn't. The map function does actually exist, but it only shows the shape of the area which has already been cleaned, and the position of the robot which is not always accurate though. But in the end, considering the very cheap price, I am more than happy with this product. The app connectivity certainly gives you extra utility compared to the other robots available in the same price range.update: It always stops working on the rug. not really happy about it as it is advertised that it is designed to be able to clean rugs.

The product pretty much does what it says on the box.It hoovers relatively well. You will need to use the straps to avoid no go areas ot ensure there is nothing on the floor.The vacuum seems a bit limited id often come down in the morning to find it stuck or just not having returned home.After contacting customer support I realised why it wasn't returning home, it travels left around the room until it can line up with the home base. If anything stops it from doing this it starts the whole process again.Once that issue was resolved I'd find it stuck on occasions but not all the time, it seemed to do different routes all the time?I could live with these issues but the one I can't live with is having hoovered it would return home and then after an hour or so start saying very loudly, that it was recharging, bearing in mind the hoover would finish late in the night it became irritating. In addition, it would also, push off from the base without returning. This would mean when trying to use the vacum the next time the battery would not have enough charge.The battery probably takes 4 hours to fully charge.I contacted customer services who asked me to supply a video which I did. They then asked for another video which I also supplied but they never replied. I have chased them on 4 occasions and they have only responded once to tell me that they will look in to it whilst calling me by a different name.I can no longer use this vacuum for the money spent this is completely unacceptable. The machine was less than 5 months old when this first occurred.I've been trying to resolve this for 2 months with no joy.Avoid.

I'm happy with the vacuum cleans really well, the app is quite realistic and up-to-date. Easy to set it up with alexa. It appears to recognise the type of flooring and adjust the fan accordingly. Doesn't get stuck which is a nice improvement from my previous vacuum. You've got the option of using the remote control or the app. I was quite upset when I first bought it as the instructions are very limited and the qrcode directs you to a payed app. There's no reference to the free app. Only after I got in touch with costumer service they provided me with the free app. Great costumer service they got in tough with me almost straight away on a bank holiday. Great suction power and saves me a lot of time. Not good for long hairs as they get tangled up easily on the roller, would have been great if this had a hard surface roller. One major issue - it can never finds it way back to the charger. I have to guide it back back manually almost everytime.

The app needs a lot of work. Consistently getting "robot offline" when trying to use it through the app.Very annoying as the vacuuming ability is good when it's working, just a pain in the arse to set up through the WeBack app.

Wanted to wait a while to give a review for this product just to see how it performs.Overall a great product goes round the room efficiently especially on thick carpet.It's very easy to clean when the dust container is full, my only concern is that it occasionally misses the charging station when I select it to go charge.

Only had a couple days got to say it's fantastic so far has strong suction and very clever I like that I can control from alexa.im a bit worried about the battery life on full charge but will see I also like the mapping but if you lift it to put in another room I.e upstairs it doesnt save the downstairs mapping.

The media could not be loaded.  I couldnt believe how efficient it is until i ve put it on a test...amazing job.... the only negative i could say us sometimes habe difficulties finding the charge point. But i am so impressed
