Buy Refurb Rent Refinance Repeat Made Easy/for dummies
Read this book 1st before you invest in any other property book or training. Although aimed at the US market, the strategy applies to the UK. I have attended a number of training and even been on mentoring property programs, this book put everything together. The book contains very clear examples of traditional method vs BRRRR method, show you why the strategy works. It also talk about building team and recommends ways to build your team, things to look out for. What an excellent book, the best £ I have spend on property training.

For the usa market but relevant for all property investors
Apart from the heavy handed baseball anecdotes towards the end, I actually got fed up about 20 pages before the end, relevant to any property cycling and well enough written to be interesting.

An alternative method to traditional Buy To Lets
This book will be aimed at people who are interested in buying property outright, adding value and then taking a mortgage out on the property to withdraw as much as your initial investment + refurb costs as possible, then repeat. The big difference with this method is you need to buy your 1st property 100% outright (as opposed to the traditional 25% BTL option), it could be an un-mortgageable property when you initially buy it (i.e. it has no kitchen currently). The advantage is you have less competition as there are less people in the market for buying with cash. The good news is it doesnt have to be all your own money, you could use OPM (other peoples money), or even take a bridging loan. After reading the book I can clearly see the benefits but personally I feel there is more risk (I wouldn't really like to experiment with other peoples money for my 1st BRRRR property), however if the final valuation is not what you hoped it would be it would mean you don't withdraw as much money as you wanted to. Still not a bad worst case scenario if it was your own money. The book goes through all the steps of the process in detail and is obviously written for the US market from the terminology they use but it is easy to know what the equivalent terms are in the UK.Remember to research thoroughly, work backwards from the expected completion price and the money is really made when you buy the property, so the main priority is to get the property at the right price in the first place.I was searching for a book like this and found there were not too many and especially not many in-depth ones like this with such good reviews. It is definitely worth buying and may focus you to save up for that first property, if not then it still broadens your mind to alternative strategies.

What are you waiting for?
The book Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat is one timeless book. This book just keeps you flipping the pages with excitement. I have learned so much from it and will not mind reading it over and over. David Greene really hit the nail with the hammer on this one. 10/10.

Efficient strategy for real state investing
Very instructive book. I recommend to anyone interested into getting started in real state. This strategy work outside USA, but depends on your local legislation and banks.

Impractical advice
The whole strategy in the book is based on buying under-value property at a minimum 30% discount which is highly unlikely. The rest of the book is just repeating itself. Don't waste your time on it.
