- NO USUAL RESISTANCE BAND - with the FITGRIFF Hip Circle you get a premium resistance band for your legs and glute workout. Perfect for warming up before leg training and for exercises such as: Squats, Hip Thrust, Leg Press or Lateral Side Walk.
- STRONG RESISTANCE FOR ADVANCED ATHLETES - a 80% cotton / 20% spandex mix gives strong resistance and is designed for use in intense workouts. Because of this, this band is only for usage over the level of the knees.
- NON-SLIP & COMFORTABLE - 2 rubber tracks on the inside for optimum skid resistance. The material mix and the width of 8cm makes the wearing comfort very pleasant and there is no cutting in or rolling up of the bands.
- AVAILABLE IN 3 SIZES - to determine the correct size, please read the size chart in the photos. If possible, also measure the width of your foot position over your knees and adjust with the diameter of the straps.
