I never leave reviews but feel like I need to for this! It’s worked wonders for my cartilage piercing. 8 months after having the piercing it was still sore, always oozing and had a big sore lump next to it. I was sick of it and ready to take the piercing out, when I came across this stuff and I’m so happy I did. After 8 months of pain I was skeptical this would change anything, but after starting using this 14th Jan it’s now 31st Jan and I’m pain free, lump free and can change my earring without wanting to cry! I can’t believe I suffered for so long when this healed it within 17 days! If you’re having issues with a piercing BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

I bought this product, on the strength of the positive reviews, to treat a bothersome ear piercing. It did bother me that I couldn't find the ingredients listed on the ad, however, given the very positive reviews went ahead and purchased it. Received it today, and did find the ingredients listed on the information sheet. I am rather horrified to find that the main ingredient is Polyaminopropyl biguanide, which is banned from being used in cosmetics due to its carcinogenic properties and it is very harmful to the environment! I believe this is why the ingredients are not openly listed, do not use this product if you value your health!!!

Amazing stuff! Had a daith piercing that was inflamed with bumps either side used this 3 times a day and was completely healed within 2 weeks will use on all my piercings miracle spray!

Update October 2017_________________I take it alllllll back! I’m putting my review up to 5 stars! I was clearly too impatient and expected an overnight miracle with this stuff when in fact it did perform miraculously but over a period of about a week.My Monroe piercing was taking its time to heal (two steps forward then one step back, which was frustrating!). This stuff has healed my piercing 8 days later to the extent that I can change it into a jewel of choice (after the original one which is longer and bigger to allow for the initial swelling).I have also, following pharmacist advice, been using Corsodyl mouthwash to keep the inside clean.The upshot of my review is to say that with patience, this product will rescue your piercing!_____________________________________________________________________________________________________After reading all the glowing reviews on this product I waited with baited breath for it to arrive as my Monroe piercing was swelling and getting sore. Here, I thought, was the remedy!Alas, not. If anything, this spray has made the piercing more angry - to the extent that I may have to give up on it (boooo ☹️).I'm reporting this because although I absolutely do not doubt that the positive reviews are genuine, it's important that there are a minority of us who have not had success with it. All piercings and bodies are different and have different care requirements.Absolutely give it a go but be slightly aware that it may or may not work for you.Sorry for the downer!

Where do I start? After MONTHS of problems with my bully button piercing, I had nearly lost all hope... Even after reading all the reviews of this, I was skeptical about the results (having tried literally everything else!) but I thought I'd give it a go because I really didn't want to loosey piercing.This arrived Saturday, today is now Thursday. In as little as five days, I have seen such a huge improvement.Before this arrived the area around my piercing was so sore and red and I had a horrible irritation bump/blood blister (that, for a whole, I was actually convinced was the start of a keloid which I dreaded!!) that would just not go away no matter what I tried. Honestly, after using this miracle spray for as little as one day, the pain had more or less completely disappeared, the bump had shrunk and the redness had gone down enormously. I continue to use this and continue to see improvement, I'm so happy I don't have to give up my belly bar thanks to this!! I cannot recommend this enough, whatever problem you have, this'll fix it.

This stuff is amazing! Purchased for my daith piercing as it had become swollen and sore, I sprayed this every night for a couple of weeks and now my daith has healed perfectly. Now, if it ever feels sore I give it a quick spray with this and hey presto! Also my friend had a piercing that was continuously infected, she used salt water and TCP and had no luck... I gave her this to try and the soreness went a couple of hours after one spray.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. The picture is of a week old surface piercing on the forearm. Used this product for 2 days now and the change is incredible. I was worrying that it was badly infected as the redness almost went round my wrist, even though I was very good with the salt water solution. The cleaning is far easier as it seems to draw out anything and the crusties are easier to clean. I know i have along way to go with fully healing but its not sore to touch now and just a quick spray when you feel it tightening up. Will always make sure i have this close to hand. Also been using it on a helix piercing.

I never write reviews but I had to for this. It has almost completely healed my red, oozing and angry nose piercing bump in a two days. I have stopped the salt water soaks and been using this spray alone. It is so quick and easy to use. I’ve been using a few sprays four or five times a day, nothing else. Really recommend this for quick healing of red / irritated piercings or the dreaded nose ring bump.
