Bagged another one
Bagged another deer this year. Was setup on a ridge top facing the leeward side of the hill in a tree climber.Had the deer get within 40 yards downwind and she didn't have a clue I was there. Used in conjunction with the spray, soap and deodorant and plan to use this as my normal wash until it runs out.A little tip for all you hunters, wash and dry a load of towels with this before your hunting clothes. They help clean out the uv brighteners and scent from the washer and dryer before your hunting clothes get run through. You also get a nice scent free towel to use for the morning shower. The last two years I've used scent killer...I've gotten a deer. I'll keep using it from here on out. (Side note earlier during archery i had two does directly below my stand this year...for almost two hours eating acorns. They had no idea I was there and didn't appear to smell my scent on the trail i used to get to that tree...a firm believer in scent killer products I am).

Works well
Works well. Good value for the price. I was worried about buying the powdered type as I have had issues with some powdered brands of detergent not fully dissolving in the wash. I had no problems with this brand. I used it numerous times during hunting season, as I go several times a week for several months and I wash clothes after I wear them once. I never got winded and after getting blood on my clothes, this detergent removed the stains easily.

not just for hunters, no sir
I am not a hunter. I can't tell you if this stuff will make the difference when you go to bag your seventy-point boar moose, or whatever it is that you folks do. But it is great stuff. This is the only laundry product that has worked for the toughest of all odor removal: dried on old cat pee. If whatever Meowser pissed on last month that you didn't finally track down until today can stand hot water and will fit in the washer, toss it in for a double cycle with this powder, and it will come out smelling of -- nothing. Nothing at all. Not even to a cat's nose. If you have a cat who uses urine for communication, like we have, you will understand how rare and wonderful this is. I can't imagine it wouldn't be helpful to you if, in fact, your problem is that deer are smelling you and running off before you get a chance to shoot them.It works on all kinds of other smells, too, including manly B.O. on polyester fleece, socks left to molder damply in last winter's boots, and whatever else you throw at it. Or in with it.It is not especially good at stain removal. I'm not sure it really counts as soap, honestly. Your clothes probably have soap residue from the last time you washed them anyway, so in most cases this stuff is all you need, but if you've been playing in the mud, you might want to run things through a regular load first before you use this.

Works great. Good Value.
My wife uses this to wash horse saddle pads in the laundry machine. It keeps the laundry machine from smelling funky. Otherwise if you wash clothes on the next load they come out stinky. Also use it for washing pet covers for car seats. One bottle lasts a long time. Good stuff indeed.

Excellent Product
I can't speak highly enough of the Scent Killer brand products. After a long walk into the woods that caused me to sweat quite a bit, I still had a small buck come within 5 yards of me without alerting to my scent. This product also works great to kill any bacteria/scents on my dog's toys and bed. Works great!

I know this works well for reducing the odors you would normally take into the woods with conventional soaps. Some have stated they are really stinky and it helps remove BO from their cloths and underwear. I will take their word for it it! It does what it's suppose to.

Terrible. Get liquid and different brand.
I washed my hunting clothes with this yesterday (toady is opening day of bow season) opened up the dryer this morning and my clothes smelled sour. I quickly researched the product and found only awesome reviews so I decided to go at least try it out and I heard three deer snort near me and never saw a thing. Came home today and tried to rewash my clothes using this detergent thinking that maybe if I washed them on a normal cycle instead of delicate it would help, nope, smell worse.

Best at removing sour smell from clothing
I was so thrilled to find this product on Amazon! All the hunting and sporting stores in my area ONLY stock this during hunting season...specifically during deer season. We are not hunters, but I am a very busy mom and have forgotten about clothes in the washer more than once. No matter how many times you rewash with normal detergent, sometimes that sour smell just won't leave! Scent Killer to the rescue!! I throw 3tsb of this in the load and rewash as normal and it takes every bit of the sour smell out of our clothes!
