Koolaburra by UGGMen's Tipton Slipper

My husband has a medical condition that makes his feet feel wet and cold all the time. Nothing really helps. His podiatrist recommended that he get Ugg slippers, but they are pretty expensive. So when I saw these Koolaburra by Ugg slippers, I decided to get them for my husband.He always wears very thick wool socks, so after reading the reviews, I ordered one size up. They fit perfectly with his wool socks. My husband really likes them and says they are very warm. They seem to be very well made and I expect they will last a couple of years at least. Likely the inside lining will be the first part to wear out—that is 100% polyester faux fur. The sole is comfortable and the slippers have a lot of structure to them, although the bottoms are not super cushiony. I have found that as we get older, it’s important to have just the right degree of padding in the soles—too cushiony a sole (e.g. very thick memory foam) makes it more difficult to walk and can throw us off balance, but not enough cushion will cause sore feet. These Koolaburra slippers seem to strike that perfect balance.I got them in black so they would not show the dirt and keep their look longer. They look sleek and attractive.The seller’s photos show “Koolaburra by Ugg” on the back of only one slipper. That is actually on the back of both slippers. Northeast WII bought these slippers for my husband last Christmas and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES THEM! He still comments on how warm and snug they are and he can’t wait to put them on when he comes in from the cold!Please know up front they are very snug when first wearing them. He used a shoe horn when putting them on for a while.They keep their shape and are a snug fit and a warm, comfortable slipper! I will be purchasing more as gifts for family members this Christmas!

Very soft inside. Great base with memory foam and sole grip (no sliding on slippery floors!). The model is only available in regular width and I have flat wider feet. It was a tight - almost uncomfortable - fit the first time I put them on. Almost returned them. But my son loves his set and that convinced me to wait. A month later, they are still soft and warm and a lot more comfortable, Still a tigh fir and you can't wear socks with them but they feel very nice all around the house, especially in cold winter nights.

I have purchased at least four pairs over the years, and they make excellent house shoes. I wouldn’t call these “slippers,” as they are difficult to put on when going from bed to bathroom. They are more like “lazy shoes” for walking around the house. They are soft inside but very firm outside, so be aware. Also, definitely order a full size bigger than your normal shoe size; these can be a bit tight and stiff. Overall, well made for the price.

(Male, size 12) These are my favorite slippers by far. Quality feels good (better than these knock off brands) and they look good. They fit a little snug, which i didn’t like initially, however, after you break them in a little, the fit amazingly. This is my second pair.

Comfortable and wonderful slippers. I wear them everywhere and they hold up to my abuses.They keep my feet warm and I will probably by a fresh pair come winter time.

I bought a size 12.I’ve measured my foot front to back(11inches) and these are perfect front to back, but overall still uncomfortably snug on the other sides and hoping they will stretch in . I’m 5ft11 -220lbs male, I’m a size 11 on most shoesupdate: after first full day of use- lowered to two stars, I believe its too late to return them, but im dissatisfied with their ability to keep the heat in. im quite an active person, so I don't relate this to me being too inactive. I'll update if anything changes :(, not investing on another pair in a while.update:one week in: i'll have this review at 4 stars, mainly because I like the style, but I still don't like the fit, tight. Im buying some "treadlabs wool insole", to help with the warmth, not warm enough for me. im gonna use a shoe stretcher to help with tightness. ill update this review if their durability surprises me :)update: 2-3 weeks in, I don't think they are worth the price tag, the only thing going for them id say is the style. If you're wearing them inside the house(above 60Farenheit) and have women sized feet(because these have a tight toe box) you will probably be ok. I lowered to 3 stars because I should have been more thoughtful going into this purchase, but I have average sized men feet, id say, and even after stretching them in and replacing the insole to a wool one for warmth im find them tight around the toe box. Im thinking I could have had been better off with a size 13, but im gonna attempt to stretch these until they I don't find discomfort or they tear at the seams, good luck.
