Reasonable price for a decent desk chair.
I also have the other popular COMHOMA chair (URL below) so I shall compare them; it will be referenced (C1) in the text.https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0829R19YZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1What I like about this chair (C2) is:1. it's lightweight and easily moved over all surfaces (as is C1).2. the seat is quite comfortable though a little narrower (0.5 inch), thinner but softer than (C1) which has a firmer seat.3. the padded armrests fold back out of the way (as do C1).Observations about both chairs:4. they are very easy to assemble.5. the chairs use the same base and the same gas lift piston.6. the chairs are supplied with spare bolts & washers.7. there's no lumbar support on either chair and that suits me.8. this (C2) chair appears marginally more robust than (C1) due to the arrangement of the seat-to-back connection. What I dislike about this chair (C2) is:9. NOTHING specifically - but note point 10 below.(Unlike (C1) the armrests in this chair are solid (no gap in the plastic support) under the padding that I think is preferable.)What I dislike about both chairs is:10. they use only an 8" gas lift piston that gives only about 4" of height increase that's too low for my 6' frame especially when when the PC screen is on a raised platform on the desk. So I replaced both pistons from BiMi.It's a pity that COMHOMA don't offer a piston length selection especially as the difference is only a few pounds, but I was aware of the likelihood of this and the chairs are still good value overall. Besides I have renewed an otherwise constantly sinking old chair with one of the now spare pistons. So which chair do I prefer? I really cannot choose, both are comfortable enough for long term use; I can only hope my comments help someone.ADDENDUM: As this is my second review of these two chairs I now benefit from having tried both over the last month. So do I now have a preference? Yes I do; it's this one! Why?:11. I like the robustness of the seat to back arrangement.12. the slightly softer seat.13. the armrests; otherwise the little ones and their inquisitive fingers is worrisome. We needed to replace two chairs in our study and couldn't decide our preference so we had one of each and we are both pleased we did that. And it's good to have a change of seat occasionally. Both these chairs are excellent value. I can only hope my comments help someone.

So good for the price
Love this chair. I just wanted a non-fussy, black, wheelie office chair. The seat is really comfy, the back is also comfy. I love the reclining option as I have a tendency to lean back with my feet up on the desk while I work! It was really easy to put together (although I did need a hammer to help me "slot" parts of the legs together). All in all - well worth the price and I'm very happy.

It is cheap BUT it is good cheap - Good value for money
Ok, as someone who worked in the furniture industry for more than 10 years I would like to give a more specific review.- The wheel base is made of plastic but it seems to be very sturd.- The castor wheels are the cheapest black ones model available.- The seat foam is very cheap, actually it is the only thing I didn't like in the chair, if the seat was made of a foam with better quality this product would reach a whole different level in terms of quality in general.- The back piece is very confortable actually, at least for me it is, and I am 6ft height and 100kg.- The chair's strucutre is very sturd in general.- The assembly instructions were made by someone who cares about the customer and really dedicate some time to make something decent. In overall I believe it is a very good chair for the price, it is cheap but it is good cheap if you know what I mean.I would buy another one from this model if I had to buy a second one.

Top class chair
So surprised at the quality of this chair. I put it together in under 15 minutes and my mobility is poor. Very easy instructions to follow and the value for money and quality has really surprised me. Very comfortable and looks great.

Okay-ish chair but breaks easily. Not the most comfortable
The media could not be loaded. The chair was simple enough to assemble, except for the wheels which took a few tries to snap them into place.Within a few months of using the chair I leaned back and the backrest broke on the left side (video attached). I wasn't recklace with it, I just leaned back while stretching and it snapped and got worse gradually. It's not easy to fix and the chair is usable but not comfortable. I find my shoulders getting pained up after a while of using it and then backrest leans too far back so it's hard to stay upright. If anyone knows where I can buy replacement parts please let me know.

Not comfy, not ergonomic and not adjustable.
I work from home and need a comfy, ergonomic, adjustable chair. The advert promises all three, yet meets none of them. The chair is comfy, if you want to sit in it for 5 minutes. All day working- no it's not. The padding is very poor, it sunk within a few weeks (and I'm not a heavy guy, 12 stone). It is certainly not ergonomic - no lumbar support whatsoever, it puts you in a very bad posture position, and because the chair is not adjustable at all, apart from going up and down, you can alter or correct your posture by making the back rest straighter. The back is fixed, no recliner, and the base is fixed, so how on earth this is supposed to help anyone who needs to sit for prolonged periods of time, I've no idea. False advertising, do not buy. They also won't let me return the item, giving a measly 1 month window to return. Save your money and buy a chair that you can actually adjust and provides ergonomic support!

Angenehm beim Sitzen - unangenehm beim Rollen
