Big hit with my 8 year old niece!
When my 8yo niece opened this gift, she gasped and her eyes got big, and she said, "[Cousin] got one of these and I was so jealous! And this one's better because it's even blue!"It's self-contained and easy to use. It was charged up right out of the box, so it was ready to use. It charges with an included USB cable (I didn't check to see what kind but it's probably USB-C or micro). Her favorite mode was echo. Then she was going around the house being a news reporter. Then she started "doing karaoke".So yep, it was a hit and I recommend it. :)

Was fun for the four hours it lasted before the voice remix slider developed a serious short and stopped working....
