This is a landmark study of a pivotal twentieth-century figure. Grounded in painstaking archival research, Wilsey’s biography capably demonstrates the pervasive influence of religion in Dulles’s life, thought, and work. No future studies of Dulles will be complete without consulting Wilsey’s book. Highly recommended.

Not a history buff here- so I found this to be a surprisingly intriguing read. It felt like I was part of an investigation.Will definitely read more by this author
