Good stuff
I needed to replace a rotted board on my front porch. After removing it, I cleaned out any soft wood in the board above it and attached a new board. There were a lot of gaps that needed filling and after starting with a different product that didn't impress me, I tried Platinum Patch and it was just what I needed. It is water-resistant for outdoor use and is very easy to apply. It sands down nicely for painting, too. As a matter of fact, since the repaired part is looking so good, I'm going to sand down the rest of the wood on the porch and fill any holes or knots with Platinum Patch and repaint. I might also add that it saved me from spending $500 that a contractor quoted to replace the rotted board. Now for much less I'm going to have a brand new (or at least new-looking) front porch and I plan to buy more of this and revamp the back porch in the spring.

Excellent product
Makes the expression “The secret to being a successful contractor is the ability to effectively conceal one’s mistakes” a truism. Have successfully used this product to repair severely weathered fascia with excellent weatherproof results. Mouldable, sand-able, paintable, nearly indestructible.

Awesome!
This is an incredible product. It's easy to work with and hardens like a rock. I use it outside and have found it to be weather resistant. UPDATE: I was doing some work outside and NEEDED this but it was known to me by Platinum Patch. The name has changed but it's the same great prouct. I dilute it with a little water to fill in the cracks with a brush in the wood I'm working with.
