These are a replacement pair of scissors, after 30 years, I broke the handle on my original pair.Long lasting & stayed sharp.

Our original Pampered Chef scissors we got in 2005 as a wedding gift were finally getting a little worn out so I started my search for the newest and greatest scissors. We wanted something compact, spring-assisted, and durable. Nothing seemed to quite fit the bill until it dawned on me to try and find out if Pampered Chef still sold the same scissors. Unfortunately they do not. Fortunately, the original manufacturers that PC put their name on, DOES! We're so glad we found these! We retired the old ones to the utility drawer because they still work great for general house stuff and now we have a new set which should easily last us another 15 years! These may not be able to crack bones but for a compact scissor, they maintain their sharpness for years and are our only kitchen shears. Indispensable.

I bought these to replace an identical pair (branded as "Pampered Chef") purchased about 20 years ago.The old ones worked fine but were starting to show some surface rust. I expect these new ones to last a long time. Useful for kitchen chores like opening food packages, and easy enough to clean.Update September 2023: Well, they lasted almost 2-1/2 years before showing minor surface rust that my wife couldn't live with. We probably didn't do ourselves any favors by cleaning these shears in the dishwasher instead of washing them by hand and drying them immediately. But was happy enough to buy another pair.

Good kitchen scissors, but can damage a little too easily. But please note, I bought a second pair to replace the ones that stopped working smoothly.

I love the kitchen shears I ordered. They are so handy to have in the kitchen which comes with holder to hang on the inside of the cabinet door. I never have to look for scissors since I bought this.

This is my favorite kitchen tool. I use it multiple times each and every day. It stay sharp always! This is my third pair only because i have lost the other two. I can’t do without them. They’re exactly the same as the Pampered Chef only $20 less expensive.

Would not be without them. Have had several pairs over the years. The metal return spring can snap, but after more than a dozen years, that is not bad going. Safe holder included. Blades never need sharpening. Safe rounded blade ends for children to use. Go and get a pair!
