This is one of 6 knives that I have purchased. This brand is an incredible value for the money!!! I cook in bulk and clearly abuse my knives. They're made from VERY hard steel, and thick too!

Too heavy
Great quality, super sharp, but wow is it cumbersome with all that weight. I have many other Hammerstahl knives and love them, but this is definitely not my favorite.
