I’ve gone from being tolerant to picky over these little gadgets. I wanted something that would plug into the aux port, occasionally listen to music but mainly for phone calls. I’ve been through a few different brands, even some I was loyal to, but always got an echo or a connection problem or something. This one even supports voice recognition so you can use your assistant. It’s pretty small and unobtrusive though it’s too fat to go into my tiny charger. That’s not a dealbreaker. The single button allows it to wake up from sleep or answer or end calls or affect playback. This is handy, because many of this type don’t have a button, so when they go to sleep, your only option is to unplug them for five seconds, wait for them to power off, and then start over. This turns from a minor to a major annoyance every time you get into your vehicle. Thankfully, this one doesn’t do that at all. A quick chat with customer service sorted out my fears that it was going to go down the same road. Audio quality isn't bad. It even supports SDL, and was auto detected right away! It holds the BT connection even when you switch back-and-forth between earbuds or get out of your car for a long time. This is probably the hardest thing for any Bluetooth device to accomplish, and so far it worked without a hitch. When you are back in your vehicle, or switch away from eearbuds,1just push the activity button and you’re ready to go. Aluminum build has a solid feel and the status light is noticeable but not a distraction. I sort of wish the activity button would light up, but at the same time I don’t. 😂 Well packaged with decent directions. Worth the money.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered it, hoping it would make my old Honda Pilot feel newer. I had been using a FM Bluetooth transmitter and was sick and tired of the interference and the static, not to mention the hassle of changing the station constantly. What a slick device this turned out to be!! The connection was easy and the audio was crystal clear. It's about as close to plug and play as It gets and I couldn't be happier with the sound quality. What a great a device.

I have an older car without built in USB or bluetooth. I use one of the DC adapters for plugging in phone charging cables and my bluetooth receiver. The adapter has two ports (1 for the phone, 1 for the BT receiver). The problem with this unit is that if you plug it in to the adapter, you cannot plug in anything else. It is a bit bulky. When used alone it it great.

Works accordingly. It’s the easy setup for me. Took less than 30 seconds.

Audio quality is choppy and I cannot use this for phone calls, no one can ever hear me. Bluetooth doesn’t always connect, I usually have to unplug it/plug it back in at least twice a day.

Product works as it says it does! No complaints.

Item does not work at all. Tried multiple times etc. no success in getting this to work for me at all. Waste of money.
