This review is based on having the product for approximately 2 weeks.After about 10 months of working from home with a very inadequate setup, I finally invested in an ergonomic chair. The wooden chair I was using was finally getting to me even with the supportive base and back pads. I was dealing with a chronic back pain while working. My main complaint of this whole situation is that I didn't get this chair sooner.Assembly of the chair was very straight forward. Even without looking at the instructions, it was pretty simple, and took around 25 minutes. If you do this by yourself, like I did, there will be a few steps that are a bit awkward so a second pair of hands is helpful but not necessary.Sitting in the chair, even for very long period of time for work, is very comfortable. After the first week of usage, I noticed the back pain that I had developed over the months had greatly lessened. This has been incredibly helpful since I work 40+ hours a week plus use it over the weekend for gaming when I have the time.The only thing worth noting regarding it's support is that there's a slight pain in my tailbone. Not sure if it's the product or the aftermath of dealing with a wooden chair for so long. Other than that, wonderful support. Back is very happy.

It would be difficult to find a better chair at this price.Pro:- Cushion is very firm. Hard at first but breaks in well.- Armrests fold up which is great for seated VR sessions.- lumbar support is solid- breathable- simple assemblyCon- mesh material is a bit rough on the skin, especially the elbows if you press down.

Love this chair! Shipping was fast, and the chair was packed well. It is the most comfortable office chair I've ever had and just awesome for the price! I used to have back issue when I sat for too long, but this chair had great support for my back. I didn’t experience back pain so far. The chair was easy to assemble, and steps were clearly explained. Just took me about 40 minutes to finish. The cushion were soft, giving an inch of plumpness to sink into, and the size was great. I used to have a chair with small cushion, it’s not comfortable, but this one had bigger cushion. Also, I had carpet in my room. The wheels rolled perfectly fine on my carpeted floor. Although the arm rests were not adjustable, but they were a great height. The last thing, I love the design color of this chair! I usually found the entire chairs in black at this price, but I had white frame this time! Looks modern and cool! I must leave a five star review for this chair!

This is my first time buying a high back mesh office chair. My prior chair was a typical office chair with padding that had 3 different adjustable levers plus a lumbar support knob on the side. My new chair was delivered by FedEx 3 days prior to the 7 day window I was given. It came in a large sturdy box that was slightly banged up. No problems, all the large parts inside were bubble wrapped with 2-3 large cardboard stabilizing pieces between parts. The box was heavy, so FedEx helped me carry it to my apartment. Super easy assembly by one person. The chair came in 6 major pieces. It took about 10-15mins to assemble. Several components, including the 5 casters for the base popped into form fitted openings. Only 9 screws were needed to complete attaching 4 major parts together. Usually you get a little L shaped allen wrench for assembling products. This came with a much larger T-shaped allen wrench which made tightening screws much easier. When assembly was completed you have a sturdy well made chair solidly put together with strong materials, not cheap plastic. The chair is beautiful and comfortable with a well thought out simplistic design and assembly instructions. I would strongly recommend this chair. I reviewed maybe 2 dozen chairs before settling on this one that had the highest reviews.

It's a good looking chair - but it stops there. Here's some issues I have faced after using it for a few days now:1 - The material - Its some sort of polyester mesh and its not very comfortable.2 - The armrest - Definitely not elbow friendly. If I rest my elbows on the armrest, I have the impression of the fabric, my elbow turns red and its super painful.3 - The back support - Its most certainly nice to have, but I am a little worried if I have it positioned at the right spot. Please be careful as it's the spine.4 - The seat - For now the cushion seems ok, but I have my doubts if this will hold well with continued use.

Mesh is not attached to the chair. It is held in place by nothing and the edges constantly come out of the seem. You have to reset the chair mesh every 15 minutes if you lean against the backrest. The constant defect of the back coming apart makes sitting in the chair for extended periods of time painful and makes my lower back hurt. I cannot find a way to contact customer support, as I threw away the paperwork the chair came with and do not see any way to contact them on here. Im hoping they will reach out when they see this review.UPDATE: the return policy and customer service was amazing. If you have any issues with the chair they will take care of you
