Bad rotors
I purchased front rotors and back rotors for my car in February I noticed a shake in the front end so I checked the tire pressure and alignment and it was ok then I had the brakes checked and found out my front rotors were wrapped so I called and they said we don’t give a refund but they would replace them so I said so you want to keep driving a unsafe vehicle and all I got was I am so sorry for your inconvenience but that was that so I said lesson learned have a great day

I ordered this brakes and rotors kit and my friend's husband helped me.put it on in their garage. I'm so impressed by his knowledge in doing this! He gave me the instructions to break in your brakes and it's been wonderful. I waited a little too long and the squeaky of the metal on metal was being heard. I brought the car to a tire place and they wanted almost $950 to replace my front and rear brakes and rotors. I didn't take pictures of it installed but I took pics when he was taking the old ones off.

Let’s see how the company responds…
Installed these brakes and rotors last August on a daily driver. Everything worked fine for the first nine months, Now experiencing a horrible vibration while braking. Took it to the shop to see what was going on. Turns out three of four rotors are warped and need to be replaced. Pads are still at 95%, so it is not heavy braking. I’ve messaged the company to see if they will warranty and replace as they should. Will update.

Ordered front and rear brakes and rotors 2018 SantaFe Limited, came within 5 days. Couldn’t believe the quality and amount of hardware that came with it, totally satisfied, followed instructions on break in procedures and I’m one happy camper. Know where I’m going next time

Great product fit perfectly on the Kia
I had the pads and rotors shipped to my dads so that he could install them on a relatives car. He mentioned the fit was perfect, easy to install. I will definitely consider ordering from them for my Tundra as the price is very competitive.
