Love this water bottle!
Ok, I just want to say that as a frequent traveler to South America I've tried the iodine and chlorine pills, none of which taste very nice. I was hopeful that in this water bottle I'd find a high quality water purifier that would last me for years, one that produces palatable water. Well, I have to say that this water bottle exceeded my expectations. Here are my thoughts:1. Silicone mouthpiece feels good, comfortable in mouth.2. Mouthpiece for straw has a cover that keeps it clean.3. You have to suck a little harder to pull the water through the filter, but it isn't as hard as drinking a thick milkshake. It's more like a thin-consistency milkshake.4. Bottle itself is mass of a heavy-duty plastic. It is light to carry but seems strong enough to stand up to some heavy use.5. The design is well thought out as the carabiner clip keeps the water bottle conveniently located.6. The bottle stays securely sealed when the straw is closed. When it is open and the bottle upside down, water can drip out of the air hole. But when the straw is closed, nothing leaks out.Overall, I am very pleased with this water bottle and can't wait to take it with me on my travels.

Worked in Peru
Bought this for my girlfriend. She took it to Peru with her and didn't get sick once from using it to filter the water there. She loves it so much she now uses it as an everyday water bottle at work. 4 stars because it has an issue with heat. When the ambient temperature rises, it causes the liquid to expand; thus, causing a leak out the top of the nozzle. It is frustrating, and requires the lid to be loosened (and remain loose) to stop it.

No customer support at all.
Have had no problems since November when I got the bottle. The plastic piece to pull the mouth tip broke in half. There website does not have any way to contact. The instructions paper just says to go to there website for contact but there isn't any actual thing on there website. Very disappointed. Will go with an American made since we have better customer service. One star for plastic piece that doesn't last and two stars off for no way to contact company.

Interesting Product Idea
I ended up returning this product because it wasn't exactly what I needed. I thought it would filter the water into the bottle, but actually the straw is the filter so it filters as you drink. Clever idea, but not exactly what I needed. The company was very responsive to my needs and fulfilled my refund quickly.

Water Well Travel Bottle Does Travel Well!
I love drinking from the source, and there are plenty of places to do that in the mountains where I live. However, I have to protect myself and was looking for something easier to use than my Sawyer Mini. I purchased this water bottle to take on a short backpacking trip, and realized halfway through it will come in handy on hikes as well! I have even been taking it to work so I know the sketchy city water is clean.Unlike iodine tabs, the Water Well bottle does not change the taste of the water at all. Since the water gets filtered as part of the straw, I don’t have to waste space on a bunch of different pieces. The bottle is also lightweight, which really matters when every ounce counts on a backpacking trip.

My travel Buddy!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m a healthcare professional and I always try to find time to travel. My travel worries are always having a clean source of water, especially when I do trekking in the mountains wherein clean and safe water is sparse or non-existent. This water bottle made all my worries gone like the bubble that bursts in the sun. I can now protect myself from getting sick and missing work due to drinking water. Also, because of its convenience and portability, it’s so easy and hassle-free to bring this water bottle to work. It has plenty of purposes beyond travel, it’s more like a life saver bottle. I highly recommend this to every outdoor enthusiast or even the working ones! Bon voyage!

Good Tasting!
This water bottle is the perfect size for on the go travel and fits perfectly in any backpack water bottle holder. I found this to be important because some travel water bottles are not as travel-friendly as they claim. I tested this out by taking tap water (I live in a rural area with sketchy water sometimes) and found that it was just as tasteless as my Brita filter. I plan on taking this on my backpacking travels in South America. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend to other outdoor enthusiasts like me who want an affordable purifier that packs a punch in quality.
