defective bottle and overpriced
Buyer beware: this came in cheap defective bottle, that actually fell apart as I was using it, causing damage to my home because of the huge spillage. The thing fell apart in my hands. Horrible product!

Smells worse than the smell I was trying to neutralise
Unfortunately I felt that this smell was worse than the one I was trying to neutralise so I ended up throwing it away which was disappointing as it is very expensive
