Holy Grail for piercings!
I have had three nape piercings for 15 years. About two years ago I started getting that dreaded bump near two of the three piercings. If you have a surface piercing you know how hard it is to clean them let alone soak. I was about to give up and came across this. After two uses the bumps are gone. I use once every two weeks just in case. I will continue buying this product.

Love this product, but packing sucks.
This product has been the only thing that has worked to heal my very sensitive nose. (I used it as a paste and left on over night, very fast results for an angry piercing) I had to order a refill, so I got this bigger bag. Unfortunately this product is very expensive for the amount you get (cries in broke college student). Another con is that with this bag, after you open it salt grains get in the zipper and you can’t reseal it. Amazing product, amazing results, just wish it was a little cheaper and that the bigger size came with a bigger cup like the smaller one.

definitely smells like tea tree
Dead Sea Salt, Mediterranean Sea Salt, Tea Tree Oil, Rosemary Oil, Aloe Vera Vitamin E.Because of the tea tree and rosemary, it does have a bit of a scent that may not be for everyone.I always recommend sterile saline (wound wash spray, around $5) for fresh piercings, but I have a helix piercing that is about 8 months old and keeps getting irritated (NOT infected!) for some reason and I decided to try this and see if it makes any difference. It’s important to use clean water for this, so boiling it (and letting it cool) is a good idea. The way I made it, though, is with using a little UV sterilizer device (you can get really small ones for about $25), which makes sure the saline solution I make with this is sterilized. So far I haven’t had any problems with it, but I did happen to get my piercing caught on my pillow (for the first time since I got it pierced, I sleep with a donut pillow so my piercing hasn’t been on a pillow, but somehow I got stuck anyway) and it got quite irritated from that, so I’m hoping this helps it calm down over the next few days.I've only used it for 2-3 days so far (and RIGHT before I started, I irritated my piercing more than I ever have before getting it done so it's not very happy and I'm not sure how long it would take to calm down without this product), so while I haven't had any noticeable reactions or anything, I can't yet say how well it works for me... I'll definitely try to come back for an update if I have anything else to say! I'll be getting more piercings as soon as this one calms down all the way, so I'm sure I'll end up using this a lot once those start to heal if they get irritated (I ALWAYS get bumps/irritation with cartilage piercings).I think this could be a good option for people who are traveling a lot (like on a plane or something?) because you can’t really bring cans of saline spray. It is generally cheaper to just get the spray, and you know it’s sterile, which is really important when you have a new piercing.Overall I don’t really have any complaints yet, but it’s not my first recommendation for piercing care. Another reviewer also said it, it’s quite difficult to close the bag once you open it - I solved this by putting the salt in an empty (clean!) mason jar I had sitting around. I think the bag, even if you think it's closed, can open pretty easily if you drop it, so I would recommend at least putting it in a sandwich bag or something to keep it safe.

Nice!
I appreciate the use of tea tree oil and aloe vera. Be careful as some people may have skin irritation from tea tree oil (I did not). Overall, I think the ingredients seem to be thoughtful and of quality. It has a stronger smell upon opening, but it's not a bad one. The typical cost is a bit much for the size, in my opinion. but the product was nice. It felt good to soak the area.

Works well for helix piercing
I started to get keloids on my helix piercing’s and when I saw this, I thought I would give it a try. I do still have a very small bump, but it has gotten smaller since using this. I will say that it is hard to use and I’ve tried different ways of applying this. I tried soaking my ear, which is a little awkward. I’ve also tried to use it as a paste. Not sure which worked better, but it did help soothe the piercing and help the keloid shrink.

Great value, but I prefer their pre-made solutions for convenience. Smells lovely!
This is a fantastic value for ear care solution, but getting me to actually make up a batch and find something to put it into took me weeks. We also ordered their premade solution in bottles, and I LOVE it. I will use this concentrate to refill the bottles when they are gone.We have a lot of ear piercings between the women in our family. We have generally used straight canned saline for routine ear care and tea tree oil for keloids. This solution incorporates both of these plus rosemary, aloe vera, and Vitamin E for moisturization. I love the scent of it, and am happy to use it for new piercings and for routine cleaning. While I love this piercing aftercare, I would go with the premade solution next time. If you're not as energy deficient as me, the value of using this concentrate and reconstituting it yourself would be well worth it.
