I have a similar knee sleeve to this one but I bought this specifically for a ligament injury. This is the most comfortable brace/sleeve I've worn in the past 20 years. It was easy to slip on without causing pain. It fits comfortably under my clothing. It gives the right amount of pressure without causing pain or chafing. I’ve developed a baker cyst behind my right knee, which at one point burst causing severe swelling of my calf as well. I used two products from this vendor, including a knee sleeve and a calf sleeve. Both were well-made, did an excellent job, supporting the anatomic structures that needed it, and were priced reasonably for what appears to be a quality product. Very happy with this company overall and with the products that I’ve used.

The Large fits well but is very tight. I'm waiting for the arrival of the XL to compare with before returning the first one.

I have bone on bone osteoarthritis in the right knee. Surgery is not an option. This brace arrived yesterday.I was skeptical because the material was thicker than I expected. Put it on anyway.My pain is almost gone, and That is great. Thank you for a good price as well. I highly encourage purchasing this product!!!

I ordered this hoping it would be something I could wear long distance hiking. My IT band hurts in Steve downhill sections. Sometimes excruciating.The brace is tight, maybe too tight, I size was in between sizes. I did not want one too loose. It supports the knee well. But- the fabric in the back is the same as it is in the front. Far too thick and not comfortable in the repeated bending of the knee in walking or climbing. It bunches up slightly behind the knee after repetition of knee bending. A strong thin stretchy fabric that is more breathable would be the answer instead if the thick fabric.If you’re wearing it with minimal walking, it works. But is not good for running, walking, hiking, sports, etc.So I’m back to looking

THE best knee sleeve I have found. It has held its support overtime and through washings. Best part is their size range. I am 5’1”, 102lbs and small boned (think 4th grader size!). This was the only brand that came small enough (I actually take a small; x-small was too small) and great quality in addition. A big WIN/WIN for me.

I use this as a support for a noisy knee when I train. It helps me prevent injury - one theory being that subconsciously I adjust my skeletal position and the support reminds to do so. I have recommended it to other students. It is mild compression with just enough support and not too much restriction. I don't put it in the dryer when I wash it. I liked it so much, I bought one for the other knee --- just in case.

Measured by leg 4-5 inches above the knee prior to ordering, it was 24 inches. I ordered size XXL as this was the size for 23" to 26" leg. It slides down as i wear it and i have to constantly reposition it. I ordered the XL today to give it a try i really like this setup compared to the hinged brace design. Hoping a size smaller will help keep the sleeve in place. Will update later if that is the case. Looks like others have had the same issue.
