Absolute waste of Money
Only giving 1 star because negative or even 0 stars is not an option.First and foremost this product does not work. Not only does it not work, it is extremely uncomfortable to use.Who ever designed this piece of useless material has obviously not used it and realized how absolutely rigid and uncomfortable to keep in your mouth for any amount of time let alone over night it is.Despite how uncomfortable it is I attempted to sleep with it in my mouth 2 nights in a row, I think I had it in the entire first night, did nothing but make it hard to sleep and had a sore and dry mouth in the morning. The second night I made it maybe an hour before I threw it on the floor beside the bed because I could not stand to use it any longer.Save your time and money and skip this purchase consideration...or not and come to the same conclusion yourself, it's up to you.

Life Changing
I read all the ratings. For me, this is the single most positive influential product I have ever bought in my 54 years. Used the mouth piece the first night with the sound app. I used the mouthpiece until I woke up around 1:00. Took the mouthpiece out and reset the app. My snoring level with the mouthpiece in was a 4, without a 76. Next night, with and without the mouthpiece....scored a 6 and 78. The third night was the ultimate test. My wife slept in our bed. My snoring has been so bad, she has to sleep in our Guest room on work days. She woke up in the middle of the night because it was so quiet. She thought I had got up and slept of the sofa, my snoring was so low.The mouthpiece does feel strange in your mouth. And in the morning, there is some saliva built up in the trays. Not like slobber, but there some saliva in around your teeth in the morning.Given those two issues. For me, this mouthpiece has all but eliminated my snoring. Not sure if you will have the same experience but I am amazed how well it worked.

It actually worked but...
See the before and after on snore lab. They don't lie I've been using this app and trying everything. Even the quiet results on the app are wrong I played it and it's just my TV before I fell asleep. There was zero snoring. I have tried nose strips, nasal spray, putting a tennis ball down the back of my sports bra so I won't sleep on my back... It really does take getting used to. I couldn't figure out how to get my mouth shut, after a while I could while sleeping on my side. This thing is not comfortable at all but I am told if I keep using it it will get softer and I'll get used to it. This was the last ditch effort before a sleep study and a CPAP machine. *Update after using this for a couple weeks it is still doing exactly what it is supposed to and my snoring is at a zero. But now my two front teeth hurt. I have had tooth trauma before so I know what it feels like and my two front teeth feel like they are suffering from trauma trauma. I'm not sure if it's because the fit is so loose and they don't customize them? But I have to find a different product that fits better

Don’t waste your time and money here…
Not worth the money! This thing was super uncomfortable and is not adjustable like a couple of others I’ve tried. What a waste of money on this one. There are WAY better options out there…do your research.

Doesn’t work
I don’t think any anti snoring device works. Finally was able to get a cpap!

Amazing when it works.
This worked perfectly the first night. Zero snoring reported on my sleep app. Woke up feeling great. Was refreshed and realized what I was missing. It was comfortable.I noticed it had lost some spring after the first use. The second and third day, I still slept well, though I found myself clinching to keep the device in place.Around the 4th day, the device had lost enough spring to push back and would slip off my bottom teeth when my bottom jaw relaxed. Recordings of my snoring returned.I would wake up with the device only on my to teeth or completely out of my mouth. If I could have found a good fit, I would say this device is a miracle. I am trying a competitor now, but may have to try the smaller size of this brand. All this being said, I definitely recommend giving this a try to see if it works for you because that first night of sleep and refreshed feeling in the morning were amazing.UPDATE: I repurchased this in the #1 size with a storage case and it has been working well for the past couple weeks. It has come off my top teeth only a couple times, but I’ve still been waking feeling rested. My snoring time on my sleep app is only a couple minutes a night, if at all. My wife reports I’m not waking her with snoring anymore.I recommend getting the case with it. I have a feeling storing in the case helps to maintain its spring and, thereby, its fit.The tooth pain and jaw discomfort only lasted a few days with the #1. It was a bit more pronounced with the #2 size.Start with the #1 like they recommend. If that doesn’t work, move to #2.For comparison, my dentist offers a custom fit mandibular advancement device for $6500 to address the same issue.
