Impressed - will recommend to others
It is really a beautifully made unit. Came well packed. The manual is perfect until the last few pages when the translation got shaky... but you can figure it out easily... it is just a bit funny. The unit is built for European use and therefore has gas, inlet and outlet connections that are BSP standard. USA is NPT standard. It does come with some adapters, but not enough if you are using garden hose inlet and outlet. I was frustrated at first... but figured it out. The customer service was sincere in the intention to help, but never quite understood that hose connectors is what the manual referred to and hose connectors was what I needed. Here is the solution, and perhaps in the future these will be included...1. Note that this unit is for Natural Gas. It comes with a 3/8 inch gas flare fitting with a 1/2 inch BSP female end. So this works perfectly if your gas flex line is 3/8 inch. Mine was 1/2 inch so I bought an adapter at Miners hardware (Flare Reducr3/8FX1/2M for $5.99)2. It comes with a 3/4 NPT male to 1/2 BSP female. I needed a 3/4 hose connection, so I got an adapter at Miners (Adapter NYL 3/4 F&M Hose for $2.59) Just make sure you stick 2 hose washers between the supplied adapter and this Miners adapter or it will leak no matter how much Teflon tape you use. No problem, they all do.3. Finally, It comes with a coupling adapter - 1/2 NPT female to 1/2 BSP female. I needed a 3/4 hose connection here as well, so I got an adapter at Miners (Adaptr PVC40.5MPTX.75FHT for $2.99)I am using the unit now. Works great. So far it has about 3 hours on it... my hope is that it will last many years.

Is winterizing it enough???
It seemed to work well after I installed it last year. Unfortunately, even after winterizing it late last fall, I went out yesterday to hook it all back up and it is ruined. It's leaking so much water, and not from the hose connections. From up inside the case. I have lightly used it for one season. I really hope the company stands behind it.
