I honestly don't know why people are complaining about this chair.I previously gave 4 stars because of the height. I'm coming back to give 5 stars, this chair is all I've ever wanted in a chair. My wife assembled it, so I really don't know how difficult it was :) but the arm rest is super nice and everything about the chair just check the boxes. This is the best value for my money. I have never written any review emotionally like this before. I LOVE THIS CHAIR!!!!

The media could not be loaded.  The screws to screw in the back rest are too hard to screw in and you would need superhuman strength to screw them in, therefore leaving the back rest wobbly. Plus the top screws to screw in the headrest don't even fit in the holes. I tried and tried for 30mins to screw in the dam holes but I just have up. 😡😡

What does a £200 chair get you? well something pretty comfy for long periods of time that will support your back.Whilst working from home like many of us I had a chair without armrests, no headrests the cushion wan't that comfortable and my bottom got sore after a full day's work and to top it off it creaked every time I moved.This one comes in a massive box with all the parts to put it together yourself, I actually enjoyed building it and it took around 20 minutes to complete. Supplied also is a really nice allon key that feels comfortable and a pair of gloves that did not fit! It's worth checking all the tools first before going ahead with the build.What you end up with is a office chair that is pretty comfortable for long periods of time. Everything feels solid and it's very quiet whilst rolling or moving around. The armrests move up and down and the supports out and in with ease, there is a handle that will move the chair up and down and the back support at the tilt you need it so mostly everything you would need for a home office chair.The one single drawback for me is that the height doesn't seem to be that great and compared to my previous chair its a couple of inches off. This is a little problem as my desk is pretty high and although lowering my mobitors has helped a little I feel that my arms are catching on my desk. Because of this I have had to add a cushion which now means my head support and lumber support is off.It would have been nice if the back was ajustable to compensate for my cushion (which is for my sciatica, I would have used it anyway) and the headrest and chair would move up a bit more. I am 5 foot 10" so please take this into consideration.Updated 15/09/2022Started to creek a lot, tried to WD40 it but no luck. Height still remains to be a problem. As comfortable as it could be, I wish it had the ability to go higher at this price.

After seeing mixed reviews I am pretty happy with the purchase. It isn't the most comfortable chair ever - but at the price point it does not disappoint.

This chair as mentioned before isn’t full size in my opinion. It’s a bit low on its highest setting but I guess I should have checked the measurements before I bought it. If you’re smaller it’s probably a great chair.

I hope that by buying a more expensive chair that I would get better quality...Firstly, the chair is aimed at the "Asian" market - size wise, or, OK for small people/children.Secondly, I'd normally knock these things up in around 15mins - made these many times of the last few years for use in the offices etc This took a lot longer as nothing matches the guide and the seat stem screws are approx 5mm too long meaning the back of the chair wobbles...Thirdly, most people will need to purchase a replacement gas lift of a much larger size prior to building this, as the one provided will just about get you into a squatting position (height wise), you are pretty much near the floor when it's at it's lowest... If you build and find it is too low (will be for anyone that's not a pygmy) then you'll potentially have a lot of problems trying to swap it over (or use a pipe wrench...)Finally.... because the quality is poor, along with the manufacturing and incorrect parts, once you sit on it, you'll wish it would just vanish back to amazon and the money came back to you... BUT... try shoving it all back in the box, if you do keep it, I don't think this one will last long because the creaking is telling me that there are welding problems on top of the other problems....

My partner recently got a new chair and I kept pinching it, I won’t have to now. I wasn’t sure how this would compare to leather or regular fabric and I’m happy to say it is amazing. It is definitely not flimsy, no worries there at all. It arrives in a fairly large box, you only have to pop in a few bolts to put it all together, you don’t need any tools as you get the allan key with handle included, it takes minutes and is not heavy work, most people could do it quickly. The text could be better on the instructions, but the illustrations are clear and easy to follow. I have stenosis, I broke my spine in two places years ago and I still get a lot of back pain, it is important that I sit properly. I found the chair easy to adjust to get it just right for me, the head rest is superbly placed. My back is supported, my head and neck are not strained, and the seat is so comfortable. The base is strong and looks amazing, the casters allow me to move without hassle. I print a lot and use a cricut, so I move along the desk area a lot. You would be surprised at what a difference 3D arm rests make; they adjust to perfectly suit me working position and help reduce strain in my shoulders and neck. Height adjustment is so smooth, no painful jolts. I am five foot five and it suits me perfectly, my partner is 6 foot 3 and it isn’t suitable for him.When I am waiting for prints or vinyl cuts I can be comfortable. It is nice not to feel squished into the chair, it has plenty of room. It is perfect for all year round and is easy to clean. Very good quality and value.
