I have been using this product for only 2 weeks, and the results look to be favorable. I have noticed that the product sure is a lot easier to use than RIDX and certainly is about 75% less costly. I need more time to evaluate products effectiveness. If it does over time, what I've seen so far, I'll be a happy camper. Perhaps I can review again in a few months.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to tell if this product is working for quite a while!! You don't want to have a problem in order to find out that it doesn't work, so you have to have faith that it is working so you won't have to pump your system as often. My son and I are the only ones living here, so we don't put as much detergent through our system. That is helpful as detergent and bleach harm a septic tank. I rarely use bleach, so that is another plus. Now, I am using SAFE-FLOW Septic Tank Treatment once a week, so I am trusting that I won't have to have it pumped as often. They say I can delay pumping until once every 10 years. My septic tank pumper told me once every 8 years, so this product is giving me two extra years for about $18. That is a lot cheaper than pumping it!!The tablets are easy enough to use. I just keep them sitting on the tank (I'm not someone who worries about everything being perfect!!) and drop one tablet in each week on Saturday. There is a chart on the bag so you can check off each week to be sure and add the tablets. You get a whole year's supply in the bag, so it is easy to keep up with all the treatments. That is so handy as I am nearly 73 and need all the help I can get! I am confident that this treatment will work. Only time will tell, but I believe it will work. I do recommend this treatment!!

I have used several types of septic treatments. Most of them are once a month. This one is different as it is once a WEEK. I think it is a nice change as I don't forget as often as the once a month.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a reclosable bag. The tablets are not too big, and they are easy to grab and throw in the toilet. They smell rather nice.HOW TO USEI throw one in the toilet, let it sit for a bit and then flush it down.ANY ISSUES?I have had no issues flushing these down the toilet.CHARTThere is a chart on the back of the bag and I LOVE this. I make a dot each time I put in a tablet so it is easy to keep track and see if you missed a week.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a nice set of septic tank treatments. The bag is a nice size and it is easy to use them. The chart on the bag is a great feature for me.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I can not comment on how well this is going to work long term, but we do need our tank emptied in the next year or so, this can help us make it through until then. So far it is working. I will update if needed.

I hope they work as I have to hold my breath every time I open the package due to the strong foul odor of the tablets.

What I like about this septic tablets is that it really works it got rid foul smell that was coming from my septic tank and it's easy-to-use and you getting value for your money

My septic system is one system I make sure is tended to. I have it pumped on a regular schedule, but in between times, I like to keep it healthy. In keeping it healthy, I don’t use bleach and try to keep household greasy wastes down to a minimum. I do use another septic saver monthly in the kitchen, but decided to add this to the list. I added a single tablet to the water and let it dissolve (it took a while) and then flushed.You can flush immediately, but the tablet is larger than I expected. I did use gloves as a precautionary measure, although this is obviously an enzymatic tablet. It did have a rather yeasty look to it. I also use something to keep clogs from happening in my sinks. Expensive? Yes, but having to have someone come out to my house even once costs a lot more. My son calls this type of treatment “probiotics for the septic system.”

This product is a valued product. It came with one year supply for less than $20. It is easy and simple to use, and convenient. So far works pretty good. I can not tell the effectiveness for long term use yet, I will update later after a couple of months.
