I definitely recommend looking for another edition of this classic. Although these editions offer a lot of useful and additional resources (like essays and contextual information), the quality of the book itself is poor. The pages are so thin (Bible pages). It's a very unsatisfactory edition to read from.

Think about the "seven deadly sins" and the "Ten Commandments" as you navigate through this. It is well worth the slog...

I was surprised to feel how thin the pages are like Bible pages, and the book is very slim. This must be due to the small font and thin pages, it doesn’t really matter but it does make reading this edition a little harder because I have to sit right by the light. The book is an odd length it is longer than other NCE classics I have which I included in the photos. I also don’t think I can notate this edition which is unfortunate. I just got it today so I can’t talk about the special features like the essays in the back of the book but I am excited to read those as well.
