Best birthday monkey ever, so cute, soft and festive.
Excellent customer service. First monkey arrived squashed by the UPS, causing the sound chip to not work. Contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement. Replacement worked perfectly. More of an gorilla than a monkey as it has not tail. Ape is very cute, soft and huggable. Made the perfect gift. Recipient liked the monkey so much she got build a bear clothes for it.

It was hard to press the button to get it to play the music but my kid would slam it on the ground or the wall and it would play he liked that me too

Did not play. Push the button and nothing happens and there is no way to change the battery.
