Having read the reviews on various kitchen type cabinets/coffee bars, etc , I chose metal versus engineered wood. Not being very good at assembling items, reluctantly I tried to assemble this rack. Itwas EASY. The instruction were well written and easy to follow. The drilled holes lined up perfectly with their connecting parts. No special tools were needed...it was almost completely assembled using the tool provided. There was just 1 piece requiring a screwdriver. That was for the decorative shelf that is secured with 6 tiny screws.The rack seems sturdy and is perfect for my use as a coffeebar.The price was very reasonable and significantly priced lower than some of the engineered wood products. I did place a waterproof container under the coffee maker just as added protection from possible drips. This step should ensure the decorative shelf doesn't get wet and will continue to look fabulous for a long time to come.Amended review: I would like an optional metal wine rack to fit on the bottom shelf. Still loving this unit...very sturdy!

Beautiful piece of furniture. It was well packaged, though did take over a month to receive with Prime.

It arrived on time, with all parts and in perfect condition. The instructions were simple to follow to assemble. It fit perfect where I had expected to put it. I had hoped to put my bread making machine on the main center shelf and it fit there beautifully, however I could not open the lid, so it did not work out for me. What did work for me is I have a small electric oven that opens from the front and it fits perfect and I can use it right there on the rack. I have a very small kitchen area and I have quite a few small appliances, so this works out great to put those small appliances on the rack. They are now all in one place instead of scattered all over the kitchen and family room. Because the shelves are wire, I purchased stiff placemats, cut them to size for each shelf and put them on each of the wire shelves so that the feet of the small appliances would not catch or fall through. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen/family room. Love it.

I used this to display my china and crystal. The black frame matches my black frame dining table. It was easy to assemble and the directions were clear. It is sturdy enough not to detract from the rating as I feel that it is a great value for the money.

The rack arrived over a week earlier than I was expecting according to my order form. The rack was packaged vey well with no lose pieces. There were scratches on one piece. There were no instructions which i knew before purchasing it. I spent at least 20 min looking online for instructions without luck. Assembly was beyond easy. There's only two different screws so no trying to figure out what screw goes where. I started assembling it at 9:30 and was finished at 9:55. Keep in mind I was simultaneously watching TV then stopped shortly to answer a phone call. The main thing to know about assembly is there aren't any holes in the "Marble" piece but the screws go in easliy. It seems pretty sturdy. I haven't put anything heavy on it. I looks really nice. So far I can say I made a great purchase.
