This system is very easy to set up and install. Camera is ready out of the box plug and play. Could not be any easier. Had one camera go down and had to call OOSSXX and their customer service is amazing. Would recommend this company highly.

The quality is great, well constructed
The quality is great, well constructed, easy to set up. Had to get 2 extender antennas for the 2 in the alley behind the house but all good now. Incredible value with monitor and hard drive. Then just plug your internet cord in to get online and you are recording to the cloud. I love it. Can see on your phone too. Subscription after trial period for that.

I requirement this system
Easy set up. Has a quality feel to it. My only gripe is the software, their android app (IP pro) doesn't always connect, but when it does it works fine. The windows PC Video has trouble connecting at times as well. I was told they are working on it. One camera gave me spotty connection on my systems NVR monitor, but that was fixed by adding their extended antenna, it's an inexpensive fix. Buying additional cameras soon. All in all I requirement this system.

Usable to use warranty.
It seems to be a good security system, however I have ben trying to contact customer service, voice mail is always full ,my monitor went out while under warranty, I finally heard back from them and she assured me I would be back up and running with in 7 days, well its ben three weeks and once again ,its impossible to contact them ,I'm hoping they read this and fix my issue ,if u cant get replacement parts under warranty, its pretty much useless .

Very poor quality and support
Bought this less than a year ago and they will not honor their warranty. The hard drive went bad and they will not replace it. So I advice anyone not to buy this product. You expect to get good quality for the money you spend on this item. Its not worth it, so spend your money on something else because you are wasting money and time with this product.

Night vision of camera lost after 8 months of used
After 8 months of use camera lost the night vision and can only use in the morning frustrating such a waste of money bought it for $300

Amazing product...... support team willing to help. Recommended already this product to my family and friends.

Great system for the money
Easy to install; great picture and features, responsive customer service (via email). For the price can not be beat.
